From the time Jeremy Higgins (Sr Field Inspector) arrived in our home to provide the assessment/estimate, to Jeremy Raby (Foreman) arriving with his crew to complete the work, it was 5 stars all the way. Jeremy H. did a great job listening to our history and concerns. He left our home with an appointment scheduled for the work to be done and a full review of what to expect. Jeremy R. arrived yesterday (Dec 26th) with his crew (Travis & Demetri) and completed the job with perfection. Jeremy provided me a full review of the plan and jumped right in with his crew to finish the project. Hardwood floor protection was placed prior to any work beginning. Upon completion of the job, they vacuumed all traveled traffic areas. Jeremy R. is quite mindful of a homeowner's space and the importance of respecting this space. It was clear in his performance, as well as, the performance of his crew. We highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!

We had a very large and expensive basement project. Almost 3 dozen piers, anchors to pull walls in and stabilize and bracing; three sump pumps and French drains and watering around the entire perimeter. The estimate was 5 to 6 days. Colton Wise, Kyle Jones and Connor Hayes were the crew assigned to our project. They were a very hard working crew that cooperated in how they did the work and kept working very hard from morning until they went home. They never once just walked off the job at 5:00 and called it a day. They stayed until the aspect of the task was done sometimes after 6:0, because that was what the job required. They were all vey polite and courteous and did a wonderful job cleaning up before they left. Thanks guys for a job well done!!!

Jessie and Derrick came out today on short notice to raise our driveway and pathway. The front door stairs had fallen a few inches and was a hazard for guests. Foundation Recovery Systems did an excellent job, and exactly as expected following their estimates, waterproofing my basement, anchoring a primary basement wall, and installing sump pumps and downspout drains. What a great company! From our initial consultation with Barry to the ground crew Lee, Camryn, and Joshua, this has been an easier process than I could have hoped for. Lee, Camryn and Joshua did a great job raising our entire slab all the way around the house. Professional and courteous- they were always polite and happy to answer any questions I had all week long. They did a great job of cleaning up inside and out. If this crew isn't the number one crew in the nation they should be! You can't go wrong with Foundation Recovery Systems.

After taking all his measurements and notes he went over every detail of what was going to be done. how the costing worked etc. etc.. Of the 3 quotes we got Joshua was the only inspector to walk me thru the projects after he did his inspection. I will leave another review when the project is completed.

Nick took the time to come out and explain what was happening with our home and a few options to fix it. He also made sure to explain specifically how serious/not serious each issue was so that we could make an informed decision.
