So far, our experience with Foundation Recovery Systems has been superb. We contacted the company after seeing a picture in a ValPak that looked just like a problem in our home with a crack above a door. We were able to make a free inspection appointment easily online to take place 36 hours later. We received a call the day prior to validate a couple of things about the home and the morning of the appointment, Patrick not only called me to tell me he was on his way, but dropped a pin so I could track his arrival time. Communication leading up was good and only improved in our time spent with Patrick. In spite of a drizzly day, he spent all the time needed to conduct a thorough inspection, very patiently walked us through foundational issues that can arise, and answered all of our questions. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable representative to interact with and feel confident all future interactions with the company will be the same. Thank you, Patrick!!

I had a great experience with Byron, Kris, and Kaden from start to finish. They were extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the technical details in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and they were transparent about the process, options, and expectations. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. It's been a major job repairing my failing foundation walls, and I'm very grateful for the 3 teams from Foundation Recovery Systems who stuck with it and got it done! Nicholas Bartone & crew who started the job and made sure I had the system that would be the best fix (and wouldn't break the bank!). Richard Baird & crew who built and drilled and jacked until it was all level and supported again. And Jeremiah & Jake who filled all the new structures with rock-hard foam so nothing moves (and left the place cleaner than it was to start with!). It's a huge relief to have this project done, and although it took longer than expected due to freezing weather and a change in project scope, I would still highly recommend working with this company. Great communication through all stages, no high pressure sales, and detailed explanation about the process throughout.

I engaged Foundation Recovery Systems to raise the sinking level of the main floor of my house when a trusted friend told me he'd had them do work for him and was very happy. I am also. The company asked that 90 minutes of my time be set aside for the exploration of the site. The representative who came was excellent in explaining the company philosophy and connections, and then went into the crawlspace to check the situation. He came up and outlined what had to be done, the duties of the three-person crew itself, the materials to be used, and drew a schematic of the placement of the jacks. He wrote the estimate, I approved and made a down payment, and a day later, he phoned to tell me the two consecutive days he estimated the job would take. The crew arrived on the dot, and were very respectful of my home as they went about their business. The steel jacks they used looked like they could do the job and last forever. The company warranty extends to the next purchaser. It is expensive; I did not bother to get another estimate, I was sold on their contract and the fact my friend (a lifetime of working in construction) vouched for them.

I had a very positive experience with Foundation Recovery Systems. Foundation repair is a big investment and can cause anxiety, but Stephen, Camden and Dawson make it a doable worthwhile adventure. Stephen helps set up financial means, assesses the problems, and rolls up his sleeves to make it work. Camden and Dawson do the heavy lifting and explain everything along the way. They are a great team! They never leave you hanging: they respond to calls right away, answer all questions, and reassure anxious home owners. They were able to stay within the original price estimate. I really love these guys!

This is the second time I've used this company. This time was for crawlspace encapsulation including a pump and a dehumidifier. There was a lot of junk under my house that I wasn't aware of that John Murphey and Robert Marquez pulled out. When that week was done, they didn't leave anything in the yard. I crawled around under the house and found the job to be incredibly well done. Everything is sealed up and under control. Robert and Francisco Munoz were just here connecting the pump and plumbing the discharge pipes. Looks clean and well done.
