We got over 5 inches of rain in 24hrs and I had the driest basement in town! Josh and Joe did an amazing job making my disgusting, creepy basement a functional, stable one again. These two fellas (and Gage) were the politest, most respectful, efficiently hardworking fellas I've ever had help fix my home. And I probably had one of the worst basements they have had to work in. No complaints at all! Chad was also extremely patient and understanding during the bidding process and working with the grant company for the help in payment. Thank you for improving my home's longevity 🙌🏼 👏🏼 🙌🏼

Waterproofing the house starts here. Cost is reasonable and service is fast. Torrential rains over the past years have tested and proven quality of work. They can partner up with lender too if financing is needed. I use to worry about basement leaks – now I can rest easy. Money well spent for peace of mind. Product included three sump pumps one being battery operated when power goes out.

At the end of Feb. 2025 Joel, Coleman and Donald were out to do foundation work on my house. What a GREAT! job. They were polite gentleman the whole time they were here for 2 days. They worked hard. They did at great job of cleaning up. The basement was cleaner than when they started. They came and got me when they wanted me to look at the holes were the piers were going in. When they put in one of the piers the wall moved immediately. The chimney has already straightened up. Good job.

Noah, Bryce and AJ made this a great experience for me. Noah helped navigate my needs, made me that all my questions and concerns mattered. Bryce and AJ transformed my place. Bryce and AJ were pleasant, answered all my questions and you could tell they took pride in their work and enjoyed working with each other and me. I kept telling them they were artists and this was their masterpiece.Thats how I felt they treated the cement. It looks so nice! Would definitely recommend their services!!

I have never given a review before, but after hiring Foundation Recovery Systems to rise my garage floor I was highly motivated to do so.The process started with Travis who came out to look at my garage floor and give me an assessment and quote. Travis is very friendly, professional, and educated me on my different options to fix my problem. After discussing my options with Travis I decided to purchase a poly-lift for my garage floor. Foundation Recovery's bid came in the middle of the 3 bids that I received, but I chose them because their warranty far exceeded the other 2 contractors, 5 years vs 2 years. But I also chose them because of Travis, just like working with him.On Dec 1st, Jeremiah and Jake came out to do the lift. They showed up on time and where also very friendly and professional. We discussed a few of my concerns and then they got to work. Took them about 3 hours to complete the work and afterwards they informed me of 2 other issues to keep an eye on, no footings under my garage posts and a foundation wall that may be moving. They also explained to me how to monitor both situations.Last thing, when Travis gave me the bid, he explained that the bid was good no matter how much material use. The other 2 contractors both stated that there would be additional fees if they exceed the amount of poly they estimated. I am so glad the I went with Foundation Recovery Systems, because Jeremiah & Jake reported to me when they finished that they used a lot more poly then they anticipated.Needless to say, if I ever need any sort of foundation work in the future I will be calling Foundation Recovery Systems. They not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. Thank you, guys!

Kevin Estes came to thoroughly inspect our house and came up with a service plan to address a couple areas of concern. I feel so much better knowing we will be preventing future foundation shifts. I learnt a lot and he showed us the existing issues and what caused them, patiently answered all our questions, and he was very professional and courteous. I would like to extend my gratitude toward Colten and the team he sent to finish the job on my basement. It was a process with ups and downs but when he stepped in, he fixed my issues and went above and beyond what I ever expected. I can say the product has held up beautifully, on November 4-5th we had torrential downpour in the city of St. Louis, I’m happy to report i had a dry basement, not one drop of rain made its way in. I was incredibly relieved. I had a sump pump, drainage around my entire basement and wall barrier on walls with a drain in front of my basement door installed. The cost was competitive and a little less than others. I would highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems and Colten was very professional and the most accommodating person I’ve ever dealt with. This basement has caused me a lot of anxiety especially since I’ve only owned the house for 3 years and it was a lemon by all accounts covered in a pretty rehab, thanks to Colten there’s no more tears and only peace of mind! I would highly recommend if you want a company that takes great care of their clients. Thank you Colten!
