Field Inspector Jason Carte did a fabulous, detailed presentation on our major concern plus an area I did not even notice. He was professional in appearance, very knowledgeable about the business and process and polite. Jason answered all our questions and tried to make a sale that day (July 13th I believe). Only reason he did not make a sale, wasn’t because of something he didn’t do but because we are wanting a third business quote and that is coming on the 20th. We had the pleasure of meeting with Chris for initial consultation. We cannot say enough about how great the experience was! He was communicative the day of the appointment, prompt, knowledgeable, and was straightforward about what issues he saw right off the bat as well as what kind of price point we could expect. We were given multiple options and there was never any pressure to make a decision. On top of that, there was never a moment where it felt like we were being upsold or given an inflated price. He took the time to go over what the process for the work would look like and what we could expect after. I would work with Chris again in an instant and can’t recommend him enough. Foundation repair can feel like a scary concept but we felt we were in good hands the entire experience.

I called for a quote because I have sidewalks all around my 1915 home that are in very bad shape and heaving in several places as well as a washed out area of sidewalk that sunk about 5". They came out and gave me a quote within a week. I had questions and the owner came to my home at 8:00 on a Saturday morning to discuss the areas he had included in his proposal. Two days later they came out and did the work. They were on time and did exactly everything that they said they were going to do. I'm very impressed with Chris and Barb at Top Notch. I didn't get Chris's technician's name that came out with him but he seemed friendly and worked hard the entire time as well. I will definitely refer people I know to Top Notch. Very impressed!

Tyler M. arrived on time for a free inspection of my basement foundation issue. He was kind, and professional and a good listener to my story about what happened in my basement and how it happened. Tyler M. explained the 3 options that I have to keep water from coming into my basement from storms. He also went out of his way to make some calls on my behalf to find other companies to help me resolve my other basement issues. I highly recommend Tyler M. He has very good problem solving skills. He wrote up the quote while still at my home and walked me through it. I don’t know yet which option I will pick, but I know Tyler M. will continue to be great to work with!

The FRS Team from start to finish has been a top tier team. Terry Bentz got us started with his annual review of a past project and a the evaluation of past measures. He set the stage for both a pier project and a poly project. We had to be prepared for a week of work. Landen’s crew came in and got the piers installed with professionalism and enthusiasm. Landen was great at communicating daily work efforts and the status of work. He also took the time to introduce us to his team giving credit for their hard work. Jeremiah and Jake followed on the heals of the pier work with poly work in both our garage and basement. This duo completed their part of the project ahead of time. So planned one week project finished in four days! Listen carefully to the engineer lead so you are ready for the FRS team and for the follow up you will need to do. We recommend their work and the quality of their follow ups. Thanks once again to Terry, Jeremiah, Jake and Landen with his super crew!

My concrete front porch had developed an 8 to 10 inch void underneath it and I didn't know how to fix it, but knew it needed attention. Foundation Recovery was the solution. They were quick to perform an assessment and get the jod done. I am very pleased with the services provided by Foundation Recovery. Chet, the service rep, was very courteous, professional, and he answered all of my questions. Anthony and Hunter were also very professional and completed their work and left no mess behind. Anthony also answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing as he performed the work. Extremely satisfied!

From the time Jeremy Higgins (Sr Field Inspector) arrived in our home to provide the assessment/estimate, to Jeremy Raby (Foreman) arriving with his crew to complete the work, it was 5 stars all the way. Jeremy H. did a great job listening to our history and concerns. He left our home with an appointment scheduled for the work to be done and a full review of what to expect. Jeremy R. arrived yesterday (Dec 26th) with his crew (Travis & Demetri) and completed the job with perfection. Jeremy provided me a full review of the plan and jumped right in with his crew to finish the project. Hardwood floor protection was placed prior to any work beginning. Upon completion of the job, they vacuumed all traveled traffic areas. Jeremy R. is quite mindful of a homeowner's space and the importance of respecting this space. It was clear in his performance, as well as, the performance of his crew. We highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!
