From calling for an estimate to date scheduled for work, the turnaround is estimated to be 3 and a half weeks, with most of that time being us waiting for other quotes to come in.

Mike Williams, foreman, Tyler Bennett, co-foreman, and Kanen Carlson, installer, were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They explained every step in the process, and did an outstanding job. They called to let us know they were on the way and arrived promptly, worked steadily all day, and completed our project as promised. We have used Foundation Recovery Systems-Moberly for years. Last Wednesday, Jackson came out to provide our yearly maintenance service including checking for additional settling. Although his measurements showed a small amount of settling we were well aware that the issue was worsening as we have cracks in our drywall that are slowly expanding. With Jackson's guidance, we decided to bite the bullet. 5 days later, right on time, foreman Jaeden arrived with Kameron and Robert ready to install our piers. The temperature was brutal. They worked from 9am until 6:30pm. All 3 men were communicative, respectful of my husband, me and our property and answered all of our questions. Jaeden explained each part of the process multiple times throughout the day. I was extremely happy with the process from the promised pre-arrival phone call to the clean-up. I would happily recommend FRS-Moberly to anyone needing their services. THANK YOU Jackson, Jaeden, Kameron and Robert TEAM FRS-MOBERLY!

This was my first foundation issue and I didn’t know what to expect when I inquired on the website. Gregg came to my home within just a few days of my inquiry to view the issues. He was prompt and professional and brought the right tools to see what we were dealing with and to propose a proper solution. We talked through plan A and what plan B might look like. He sent a quote over for plan A within 24 hours that I felt was very reasonable. After sitting on the quote for a couple months Heather reached out via text to see if I was still interested in having the work done. I was glad she did and worked with her via text to get this project scheduled and funded. The date we set was several months away, but Heather reached out again one week prior to the appointment we had made to confirm. The morning of the appointment Wayne called to let me know he was on the way with his crew. They arrived on time and got to work finishing up faster than I expected. Within 2 hours they had lifted my slab back to level and cleaned up after themselves. My door opens and closes again. The wall cracks shrunk down to almost nothing and the ground around the problem area lifted up which should help with drainage. Overall I am very pleased to see this done and done so easily. I didn’t need to worry as much as I did. The communication and professionalism of this team was top notch!

I can't recommend Justin Sheehan at Foundation Recovery Systems highly enough. From start to finish, his thoroughness set him apart. During his inspection he caught a piece of concrete that other companies completely missed — something that could have become a real problem down the road. That kind of attention to detail tells you everything about how someone approaches their work. His write-up of the project was just as careful and clear, and I never felt rushed or upsold. If you want someone who actually takes the time to do it right, ask for Justin.

Having experienced this endeavor with these folks, it was an amazingly choreographed well thought out and professionally executed plan by people that were sincerely concerned that left us stunned actually.
