The team of men who handled our basement waterproofing project were excellent from start to finish. Our salesman, Neil, visited our home and took us through their waterproofing steps and policies step-by-step. We had sought two other bids, as well, and FRS offered the best services, package deal, guarantee and financing of the three bids. They worked with us on the best dates for us for the project. Everything was accomplished just as Neil said it would be, and we are exceedingly pleased. We had a crew of three gentlemen who arrived three days ago to install our basement waterproofing. Foreman Devon, and crew members Roy and Owen were simply excellent workers and exceptional people. Each day this week they walked us through what they had accomplished that day and explained thoroughly why everything was done the way it was. Today before pulling out they finished up explaining everything we would need to know in the next couple weeks. Thank you to FRS For coming through exactly as you promised. We would be happy to be a reference for anyone who has questions from a homeowner. We look forward to turning our entire system on in a few weeks ~ returning appliances and storage shelving to their places around the walls ~ after the concrete has cured. It looks like a whole new basement… And that’s saying a lot for a 100 year old house in Webster Groves. Thanks Neil, Devon, Roy and Owen.

Alexander Norris of Foundation Recovery Systems was our certified tech. He came on 7 May. he was prompt, courteous and professional. He listened to all my concerns and the went to work. He inspected every space, crawled in the crawl space and took at least two hours assessing everything. He did not rush at all he took the time to really investigate everything. Afterwords he sat down and explained in clear simple terms what he found. He explained the difference options available and was very honest and professional on all to include cost et.. I would use this guy again and I recommend him. thanks Rick

Gered Bales started things off right, providing a detailed estimate and initial assessment for the repair of our basement. He had the experience to offer a good explanation of the problem. He set up financing and was very responsive with issues preceding our project. Nate, Brian, and Gavin were our project team. Nate, as leader, provided a great explanation for the required change to the method of repair for the back wall. He was able to convert from anchoring to braces and extend the waterproofing system, to extend to the rest of the back wall. He and Brian were very experienced/knowledgeable in the work and the systems. Every time I ventured to observe the work, I was impressed with their attention to detail, making sure that things were done correctly. Although Gavin was less experienced, he was a dynamo. He and Brian hand dug the discharge line, under a sidewalk. I was particularly impressed with the job he had done breaking out the edge of the floor slab, without disturbing the footing. All of the team, did an excellent job of making sure that we were updated on the project progress.

Cory and Dakota did a fantastic job! After they arrived, we walked around the house, and they explained what they would be doing. They worked quickly and efficiently. When it came time to lift the house, they did it in increments and let us check to make sure the windows closed correctly and the existing drywall cracks did not change in size.
