We asked Foundation Recovery Systems to come and do an inspection of our basement because we knew we were having foundation issues. They sent Chris Vanderpool, who helped us understand everything that was going on and took the extra time to stop and answer questions — he even got his hands dirty to help us get more important answers. He did not pressure us, and he gave us a very reasonable window to decide if we’re going to proceed with FRS for their services.

I was pretty concerned about some support beams failing in my basement so I had FRS Inspector Jason Sheppard out. I have a lot of projects planned for my property but knew that if the basement supports fail none of the rest of my work would matter. He met with me, explained exactly what he would be doing and how, then set to work. A short few hours later we sat and discussed all of my options and I chose to move forward with the project Jason recommended. I felt very comfortable asking questions and discussing the plan with Jason and his expertise in his work was evident. 10/10 experience.

Ethan Longbine just left here. He is a Service Technician with FRS. He did a great job taking care of a leaky pipe running from my furnace to the sump pit. He also was very helpful in wiping up some water/mildew area's after sealing the pipe. I have to say that FRS customer service is stellar, and I would recommend them to anybody. They are not cheap, but sometimes quality costs. And it is especially good to know how they treat previous customers like me. Because that is what makes "return customers"! The crew from Moberly, Byron B, Kris B, & Kaden D, spent the past several days in my basement. They did an awesome job, even with the temperature around 8° in the mornings and highs only in the teens. Byron was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and communicated with me throughout the entire time. He's very personable and I can not recommend him and his team enough.
