Saw a FB ad and clicked the link. My drive wat was cracking and sinking. Consequently one side of my garage was sinking and cracking our facade. A very nice and professional Man came out took some quick measurements and gave me a run down of what all was wrong. Gave me a few options. I did not want to take a chance on not doing the garage or the driveway so we did both. We used their financing and it made it really easy. We caught ours earlyish on not too much integrity loss in either. It was not as expensive as what I looked up on the internet. Work was done very quickly first the pillars for the house then the foam stuff for the driveway. Came out way better than expected. 10 out of 10 highly recommended if you need repairs.

We hired Foundation Recovery to brace one wall and anchor another in our basement. The team (Cliff, Riley, and Nolan) was professional, timely, and cleaned up well. They explained the procedure well, and even gave us some tips on how to better water proof and pest proof the walls. We were very happy with the services provided by them!

I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin Creed, who did our one year inspection, after getting the encapsulation system installed under my mom’s house last year. Kevin found some issues that needed to be fixed, fixed them, then went a step further and removed some rodents from under the house, and placed bug bombs and mouse traps for me. He was kind and explained everything thoroughly, which I greatly appreciated. Good job, Kevin!

This is a Rock Star group! They proved they know exactly what they are doing! David McDaniel provided an estimate, so professional and polite. Very knowledgeable and took time to fully explain the process needed to fix our concrete issue. Daryn Holder showed up on time and ready to roll! It was like a Maestro and smiling crew. These folks know exactly what they are doing, and they get the problems fixed, all the while with a smile on their face. I will recommend this company to everyone. Adam came to our home to inspect potential foundation repairs and was extremely thorough, honest and knowledgeable. I have a much better understanding of what is happening with our home and although repairs are not urgent at this time I have more peace of mind and knowledge about any future repairs that may need to take place. I cannot speak to the work that FRS does but in terms of a representative that will come to diagnose issues with your home, Adam is second to none.

We have been in our home for such a short time and my wife and I started seeing cracks in our walls. We had another “reputable” Company come out and give is a bid on what they thought needed done. Doing our due diligence we contacted FRS to have them come out. My expectations were minimal. I could not have been more wrong. Cesar came and assessed, diagnosed and thoroughly walked me through what was actually going on with our home and his Integrity and professionalism was outstanding! Thanks to Cesar and his honesty, we will be using FRS for all our work and recommending them to anyone that needs Foundation work in the future. More specifically, Cesar “The House Whisperer” Munoz!
