From the time Jeremy Higgins (Sr Field Inspector) arrived in our home to provide the assessment/estimate, to Jeremy Raby (Foreman) arriving with his crew to complete the work, it was 5 stars all the way. Jeremy H. did a great job listening to our history and concerns. He left our home with an appointment scheduled for the work to be done and a full review of what to expect. Jeremy R. arrived yesterday (Dec 26th) with his crew (Travis & Demetri) and completed the job with perfection. Jeremy provided me a full review of the plan and jumped right in with his crew to finish the project. Hardwood floor protection was placed prior to any work beginning. Upon completion of the job, they vacuumed all traveled traffic areas. Jeremy R. is quite mindful of a homeowner's space and the importance of respecting this space. It was clear in his performance, as well as, the performance of his crew. We highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!

The foundation on my slab home sunk 2 1/4 inches causing large cracks in the walls ect. The engineer Joe from FRS explained throughly what happened to my home and what it would take to fix it. He answered all my questions and and never pressured me to do anything. Nate and his crew Brian, Josh and Jaeden came out to fix my foundation on a freezing cold December day. They went beyond and above by clearing out the workspace. They spent 2 days fixing my foundation. Then they came back twice this spring to restore the concrete patio and rock bed. They put my raised gardens back. Nate and his crew were amazing. They were also the nicest, politest young men. Nate took took his time explaining the process to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

We just had our basement water proofed and sump pump installed. The experience with Foundation Recovery was top notch from beginning to end. The crew they sent out, Brady, Davon, Dave, Nate and Billy, were very polite and respectful. Their work ethic and knowledge of the work to be done was outstanding. Brady explained everything from start to finish in way that was very understandable. Highly recommend this company and crew.

Camryn H, Joshua F, and Tanner from the Moberly office did a great job at our home. They had to deal with radiant heat in the floor and worked with a person from our heating and cooling guys to pinpoint where they could drill. Our lot is on a hill and they worked hard to not disrupt the area where they had to dig along the outside of the foundation. It wasn?t cheap to use FRS but the work was was worth it. Thanks Camryn, Tanner, and Joshua!

The company was very professional, called to let us know they were on the way, went over what they were going to do before starting, and touched base along the way through the process. Would highly recommend them to everyone in need of foundation work. Jesse and Derek on the Poly crew did extra things that we wanted done.
