Would 100% recommend if looking for a permanent solution to waterproof your basement. I was currently looking for a temporary solution while selling but if wasn't selling my house then I would get the permanent solution. Steven Kenney came out to look at our foundation and basement cracks, was extremely thorough, explained his findings in great detail, even showed a diagram of our basement, answered all of my questions!

Cory and Dakota did a fabulous job! After they arrived, we walked around the house, and they explained what they would be doing. They worked quickly and efficiently. When it came time to lift the house, they did it in small increments and let us check to make sure the windows closed properly and the existing drywall cracks did not change in size. It's been a major job repairing my failing foundation walls, and I'm very grateful for the 3 teams from Foundation Recovery Systems who stuck with it and got it done! Nicholas Bartone & crew who started the job and made sure I had the system that would be the best fix (and wouldn't break the bank!). Richard Baird & crew who built and drilled and jacked until it was all level and supported again. And Jeremiah & Jake who filled all the new structures with rock-hard foam so nothing moves (and left the place cleaner than it was to start with!). It's a huge relief to have this project done, and although it took longer than expected due to freezing weather and a change in project scope, I would still highly recommend working with this company. Great communication through all stages, no high pressure sales, and detailed explanation about the process throughout.

Mark and Donald Dykes were great. Good work and communication. The company however is very unprofessional. Every. Worker they sent out said that the previous worker did the install incorrectly. And then they charged me for the fixes. This is what I ended up with in the middle of my room. Styrofoam on the bottom, tape over the top. It’s huge!! I never would have paid in excess of 15,000$ if I had know that it would take over a year to finish the job and that this is the result.

Although I felt as though I was in a three-ring circus as the workers were digging, raising the foundation, and returning tlhe dirt, I was very pleased with the courteous workers. All of them were willing to answer my many questions. I did write down the names so I wouldn't forget – lost the list. I believe the hard–working men were Charles(Chet), Brandon, and Andre. Charles ran the backhoe and the others assisted with other work. Two others came to complete the poly-urathene. They were courteous as well. I do apologive for the names forgotten.
