Bought a house that had a foot of standing water underneath due to a leaking spigot. Plumber fixed the leak then Foundation Recovery Systems came out and installed a triple sump system, permanent dehumidifier, fully encapsulated the crawlspace and added 3 steel beams to ensure the house doesn't sag overtime. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. Wayne and his team (led by Jordan) made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They even came back out to make some adjustments per my request at no additional cost.

I highly recommend Scott Cisco! As soon as he left our house I knew I wanted to leave him a personal review and a company review. Scott was very kind, thorough, and he gained my trust quickly at his initial appointment. He listened to everything I had to say, did his own careful assessment, and didn’t come off as salesy – I felt as if I was talking with a neighbor or friend. You can tell he has your best interest at heart in his recommendations. I would trust his recommendations with my home time and time again, and I’ll be recommending him to anyone I know who needs foundation/waterproofing services. In addition, I really love how Foundation Systems Recovery was quick to get us scheduled. Other places I called were booked out for weeks. I called Foundation Systems on a Friday and they were able to get me in on a Monday, which is great when you’re dealing with a stressful water situation. On top of that, they gave me an appt time and Scott was on time, called me when he was on his way AND they have a gps link tracker that allows you to see in real time what the ETA will be – super convenient. I was hesitant to use a big multi-state company over a smaller business, but I’m glad I used Foundation Systems Recovery. Again, thank you and thank you Scott!

Matthew and Leland did an awesome job on our foundation repair and the lift on our porch! They were very thorough and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions throughout the lengthy process. We're very pleased with their work. I was expecting a huge mess in our yard after completion but we were pleasantly surprised and how “cleaned up” everything was. We called foundation recovery systems out because our drive way had settled a lot over the past 5 years of owning the house, we were considering just tearing it out and getting a new drive way. Jonathan came out and did his inspection, was able to bring other issues on the home to our attention. The fact that the solution he was able to provide was a fraction of the costs for a new drive way was reason enough to move forward with the work we wanted done. Driveway was lifted and we didn't have to wait forever for the solution to cure, we were able to use our driveway day of install.

Mike Drebes was fantastic! He came out to assess our sinking back patio and cracks there and in our (also sinking) driveway, walkway, and threshold. He explained well but succinctly what was leading to the issues and the available solutions on the market and how their polymer system was the best and permanent solution, as opposed to a quick fix. Mike worked diligently to get perfect measurements and also took a look at our foundation from the basement to assure us that we didn’t need to pay for more than we actually needed. Talk to Mike Drebes if you need anything regarding foundation/cracks in surrounding concrete slabs/sinking soil.

Absolutely outstanding work by Foundation Recovery Systems! I can't recommend them highly enough. From the initial inspection with Adam, who was incredibly thorough and explained everything clearly, to the completion of the project, I was consistently impressed. My basement wall was in terrible shape, leaning inward by almost six inches, lots of cracks, and the entire foundation needed significant repair and waterproofing. Jeremy, the crew lead, along with Kyler and Justin, faced unbelievably challenging conditions. They worked tirelessly through freezing temperatures, a brutal winter storm, and then the subsequent muddy mess from the thaw. Despite these obstacles, they remained professional, courteous, and dedicated to doing an exceptional job. The results are truly remarkable. My foundation is now solid and straightened, I couldn’t believe the difference from before. They waterproofed a portion of my basement that had significant water penetration and the new pump they installed is already helping a lot. They clearly knew what they were doing and took great pride in their work. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and they kept me informed every step of the way. If you need foundation repair or waterproofing, I absolutely recommend Foundation Recovery Systems. Their expertise, dedication, and ability to overcome extreme conditions are truly commendable. Five stars!
