I've been experiencing water in my basement for some time. I contacted Foundation Recovery in regards to my issues. Brian Gertler came out and went over the process of the system and how it works. In turn, Tyler Sears came out to install the system and explain how it works and what to expect. I'm very pleased at this point. In my area the last couple days we've had rain. Last night (3-27-25) we had significant rain. I checked my basement this morning and I'm very pleased to see the system worked. No more worries. Good Investment. Camden Daniel was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly looked over the entire basement and exterior where we thought we had a problem. He was very good to explain to us what we had going on and let us know that we didn't have anything to worry about. We really appreciated the honesty. Even though we did not have to schedule a repair, we will definitely call this company again if we need to and will recommend them to others. Thank you Camden Daniel for such a great experience!

When I discovered black mold in my basement, Foundation Recovery Systems came in to help deal with it. The team of Camden Daniel, Kaleb Mann, & Derek Veasman worked together like a well oiled machine. As they were inspecting the area they discovered the basement walls were not structurally sound & needed to be held up with steel beams. I was not expecting to have another bill & I was relieved when Camden worked to get me a discount. The team was very professional, polite and punctual. They kept me informed of the progress & Camden was very thorough & patient as he described the process & answered my questions in a way I could understand. Several local contractors needed to be called in & Camden, Kaleb, & Derek worked well with every one, again explaining the repairs they were making. They worked hard to complete the repairs in a timely manner. I was delighted with the way my basement looked and happy with the impeccable way they cleaned up everything. I highly recommend this company without reservations.

After surveying my basement, Timber constructed a thorough plan for waterproofing my basement and invested considerable time into explaining the process for completing the project. Timber showed genuine patience with me by encouraging and addressing my questions and concerns. Timber provided extensive education on the causes and sources of water entering my basement. I was pretty concerned about some support beams failing in my basement so I had FRS Inspector Jason Sheppard out. I have a lot of projects planned for my property but knew that if the basement supports fail none of the rest of my work would matter. He met with me, explained exactly what he would be doing and how, then set to work. A short few hours later we sat and discussed all of my options and I chose to move forward with the project Jason recommended. I felt very comfortable asking questions and discussing the plan with Jason and his expertise in his work was evident. 10/10 experience.

He arrived on time and was very happy to answer all of our questions and was very thorough in explaining everything.
