Foundation Recovery Systems installed 11 helical piers on the sinking addition to our house. First, our inspector/estimator, Tanner, was very informative, listened well to our concerns, and was easy to communicate with. After work was completed, Tanner followed up with a phone call to make sure we were pleased with the crew's work. Our crew foreman, Jon, and the rest of the crew were very professional and very hard working. Jon communicated with me clearly about what they were doing and why each step of the way. He also kept me informed of obstacles they encountered and how they were solving them. The crew accidentally damaged some window trim and an exterior door threshold, but Jon told me immediately about it and the company has reimbursed us every penny for repairs. The crew completed their work and we are so happy we hired FRS!

Mr. Bentz knew what he was doing and did an excellent job explaining certain concerns and potential fixes. He was honest and said his company doesn’t offer the certain fix and recommended another. Good communication and a great company.

Based on a friend's recommendation, I've contracted FRS to level my old driveway, which has seen several decades of erosion and settling … attached are a couple of my "before" pictures. No leveling has been done yet, but their quoting process was great … Ely spent over an hour analyzing and diagraming the voids in each of my slabs and walks, plus he explained how those voids could soon be impacting the foundation of my home. That sealed the deal, and I hope to add some nice "after" pics this summer once my project is all done.

The crew from Foundation Recovery handled the crawl space encapsulation and foundation stabilization job on my 105 year old American Foursquare with grit, guts and competence – they explained every aspect of the work, updated me on progress and any changes that were needed and also helped me identify some plumbing repairs that are needed that were impossible to diagnose with the crawl space in truly horrifying condition before they tackled it.
