Today I had the pleasure of working with Mia Fiore from Foundation Recovery Systems, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and approach. When Mia came out to inspect my property and provide an estimate for foundation repair, she was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly throughout the entire process. Her patience and understanding made what could have been a stressful experience much easier to navigate. There was a scheduling mix-up on my part, and I unintentionally booked Mia’s appointment at the exact same time as a competitor who was already on site. When Mia arrived, instead of making the situation uncomfortable for me or either party, she handled it with remarkable grace and professionalism. She kindly offered to come back a little later to allow the competitor to finish his inspection and presentation, which I truly appreciated. Mia’s professionalism, combined with her warm and approachable personality, made a lasting impression. Because of her outstanding conduct and expertise, I had no hesitation in choosing Foundation Recovery Systems for my foundation repair needs. I highly recommend Mia Fiore to anyone seeking reliable and courteous service in this field.

Very happy with the work they did installing a sump pump in the basement. Colton and his crew had to navigate some logistical challenges & did so very well with minimal demo. They were very open to my questions & concerns and explained everything clearly. Also did a great job cleaning up. Thank you Colton, Gage & Kyle! I had a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and especially with their Field Inspector, Ken Jordan. Ken was super thorough when inspecting my house, and he really took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be fixed. What I appreciated the most was that he didn’t try to upsell me or push for anything unnecessary—just honest, straightforward recommendations. You can tell Ken knows his stuff, and he was professional while still being easy to talk to. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. If you’re dealing with foundation issues and want someone who’s knowledgeable and trustworthy, ask for Ken Jordan. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Foundation Recovery Systems because of significant cracks along the left and back walls of my detached garage. I had already received two other quotes, but neither company provided much detail beyond telling me that piers or plates were needed to address the issue. Kyle B. truly went above and beyond. He took thorough measurements, tested the soundness of the concrete pad, and took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. He answered every question I had and was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. When Foundation Recovery Systems says they are transparent, they genuinely mean it. I feel confident moving forward with this project and can’t wait to have my garage stabilized so I can use the walls without worrying about the cracks getting worse. I’ll update this review once the work is completed, but so far I’m extremely happy with my decision to choose Foundation Recovery Systems over their competitors. Thanks again, Kyle B.!

Very pleased with our experience. Tahlor came out on time, listened to our goals, performed the inspection, and took the time to explain what he found, what it would take to repair the issue and answer questions. I have been receiving a string of poor customer service lately…this was a breathe of fresh air. I would highly recommend FRS to anyone.

Several years ago I had a new sump pump system installed by Foundation Recovery Systems and things have been working fine. I just recently had a courtesy “check up” on my system performed by service technician Randy Smith. He was friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about workmanship. He looked at the set up in my basement, looked outside at the downspouts and walls, measured humidity levels and when he saw some places I could improve a situation he pointed them out. He was thorough and explained everything he was checking and doing. I felt very confident in his suggestions and they made sense. I look forward to working with both Randy and FRS in future years! Thank you!
