Very professional and thorough installation experience. Mike and Nick explained everything they were doing to lift our sidewalk step and driveway. Communication was appreciated as well on their ETA to our job as they got help up on their first install of the day. Very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to use again if the need arose! I can't say enough good things about Kyle, Kaleb, and Tristan from Foundation Recovery Systems. They did an amazing job waterproofing our basement and installing a sump pump. It’s been tough finding someone to come out to our place, but these guys went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you need basement waterproofing, these are the people to call. Highly recommend!

Called to get a quote on floor sagging and foundation repair. They sent Jared Wyatt out with in a week to do the inspection. He was really thorough, friendly, and professional. He went around took pictures and measurements to get an understanding of the lay out and what we were needing done. Sat down with us and listened to our concerns and explained in detail what our options were, what they would be doing. Went over and explained all of their different payment options they offered and they different discounts as well. Would recommend if you’re having the same issues.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Foundation Recovery Systems! I had just renovated my basement after thinking that I had taken care of any water issues, but after another bout of heavy rain it was clear I had not fixed the issue. Joe was so helpful and kind during our consultation. He was with me every step of the way as I prepared the basement for installation and made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. My foreman Greg and his crew, Andy, co-foreman and installer Cody were so communicative during the entire installation process, sending pictures and took the time to ensure that the rest of my house was taken care of. I truly felt like I was a valued customer and that I was receiving individual attention from each of the employees that I encountered at Foundation Recovery Systems. Their knowledge and expertise in combination with their customer service is unmatched!

From calling for an estimate to date scheduled for work, the turnaround is estimated to be 3 and a half weeks, with most of that time being us waiting for other quotes to come in.
