Travis Drake came by to look at my foundation. He walked me through every step of the process and how he was determining if there was an issue. He made sure I understood what was happening. He was very upfront that the foundation issues weren’t a major problem but something to watch and see if it gets worse. I appreciate the openness and he wasn’t pushy about trying to sell me on unnecessary work. Thanks Travis!

We had such a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and I highly recommend them! Communication was great all around. The salesman Eric S was super helpful! He explained what another contractor did wrong and helped me with how to respond to that contractor. He took texts and answered questions prior to us signing the contract, and then between signing and install. Then the crew who did the install was fantastic too! Foreman Greg H and his crew worked so hard and fast! They did a helpful walk through before the job began and answered questions. On the second day of install was a snowstorm and they came anyways to finish the job, even though they could have delayed. One of the guys was manually mixing cement in 0 degree temps! They laid the cement very nicely, much smoother than the contractor we had before. And I was especially impressed that the cleaned up so well, better than how they found it (with the mess from the earlier contractor).

He told us we didn't need them and told us what we would need to be looking for and when to worry. His visit was very reassuring. Brad B. was exceptional and deserves 10 stars!

Sending out solid thanks to a great crew! Travis Clark, Brian Eskridge, Justin Geigling, and Tyler Davies… anyone would be lucky to have these guys working for them. Very down to earth, approachable & respectful. They took time the time to explain the process fully, including any concerns our family had during the renovation… They treated our home as if it were their own, making sure the job was done right. I appreciate and respect the professional, human nature with which they completed the job. Travis… great communication. Always took time whenever I called. I would like to extend my gratitude toward Colten and the team he sent to finish the job on my basement. It was a process with ups and downs but when he stepped in, he fixed my issues and went above and beyond what I ever expected. I can say the product has held up beautifully, on November 4-5th we had torrential downpour in the city of St. Louis, I’m happy to report i had a dry basement, not one drop of rain made its way in. I was incredibly relieved. I had a sump pump, drainage around my entire basement and wall barrier on walls with a drain in front of my basement door installed. The cost was competitive and a little less than others. I would highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems and Colten was very professional and the most accommodating person I’ve ever dealt with. This basement has caused me a lot of anxiety especially since I’ve only owned the house for 3 years and it was a lemon by all accounts covered in a pretty rehab, thanks to Colten there’s no more tears and only peace of mind! I would highly recommend if you want a company that takes great care of their clients. Thank you Colten!

I called FRS to inquire about weatherproofing my crawlspace, and met with Kyle W. who worked with me on splitting up an encapsulation project to make it more affordable for my budget.Tyler S. and his team of Derrick P. and Leuck W. came out and worked well past sundown to get the bulk of the trenching and sump project done. The team was professional and kept on their tasks throughout the day.Not wanting to rush things in the dark, Tyler scheduled a follow up appointment to finish some of the finer details with another crew of Mason H. and Walker F. This team was equally professional and put the finishing touches on the new access door for the crawlspace.I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed, and I look forward to contacting them again to finish the second part of the project.

Primarily dealt with Joshua Eaton, a little with Dawson but all were professional, Ty McCully, Austin Benton, Aaron Hernandez did a good job, were efficient and did a good clean up in my garage. Being as we just had a 12” snow fall I didn’t expect them to work but they did, leveled the garage, set up sump pump and “sister” joist a beam. They had a hard time breaking up frozen clumps of dirt, but stated if the ground doesn't settle well come spring they would return. All in all I would recommend Foundation Recovery Systems

I was pretty concerned about some support beams failing in my basement so I had FRS Inspector Jason Sheppard out. I have a lot of projects planned for my property but knew that if the basement supports fail none of the rest of my work would matter. He met with me, explained exactly what he would be doing and how, then set to work. A short few hours later we sat and discussed all of my options and I chose to move forward with the project Jason recommended. I felt very comfortable asking questions and discussing the plan with Jason and his expertise in his work was evident. 10/10 experience.
