I was happy with Foundation Recovery Systems from the git-go. Kyle, the initial contact was courteous and professional, not high pressure. The three young men who installed the basement wall braces, Christian, Adam and Eli, were great! They made sure the flooring and steps were covered and protected, were efficient at their work, and cleaned up well after themselves. As a mother and grandmother, I especially appreciated that last item, cleaned up after themselves! 🙂 The braces look great and definitely give me a secure feeling that my basement walls are secure. We had cracks in the drywall and had done repairs over the years and they kept coming back seasonally. We decided to get the foundation loomed at and foundation recovery systems sent out Jonathan, he was here for about 2 and half hours and made sense of our situation. Happy we are finally getting the situation taken care of properly.

He was cordial while here, offering to wear white booties in the house over his shoes and very polite. Thorough! Spent time educating me and showing me all the options for helping me with my crawl space. Look forward to seeing good quality work! More to follow with the actual work, but the initial inspection and consultation gets 5 stars easily.

I had the pleasure of having Jesse and his co-worker at my home to perform a poly-lift on my old, beat-up driveway. The cracking and amount of sunken slab work significant. The guys worked tirelessly from about 11am-5pm and fixed every leveling issue from the porch to the driveway, and a small part of my sidewalk. The gaps and voids were massive in some areas, and these guys made one heck of an eye sore look "normal" once again. Plus, now I have a functional driveway and patio area, and I no longer need to worry about someone tripping or getting hurt or damaging a car that bottoms out on the sunken portion of the driveway. Between the zero % financing option, priced in the lower half of all the quotes I received, and the 5 Year Warranty for any movement more than 1/4"…this was a no-brainer. Jesse and his counterpart did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems to anyone looking for an affordable alternative to a complete driveway tear out and repour.
