They did a great job cleaning up after the work was concluded, and walked me through what was done.

He left our home better than he found it by taking extra time to make sure that everything was clean and tidy. He changed his shoes outside before coming in. Even stayed late to complete the job and make sure that I was satisfied with the system. Answered all of my questions and concerns.

Thankfully my inspection revealed no foundation issues, Ed Macdonald from Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely helpful in identifying my problem and providing valuable guidance on how best to address it. In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. Great overall experience from the appointment scheduling, communications, and appointment. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family! A+++++++

I recently noticed a crack within my home and was obviously concerned on what the issue could be. After scheduling a appointment I was nervous about the potential findings. When I met my tech Ken Jordan he was very professional and asked several questions about my home. After doing the inspection I was on on pins and needles to find out what Ken uncovered. To my surprise, nothing of significance was found. Of course he could of made up a reason to have unnecessary work performed but was on the up and up and I couldn't have appreciated his honesty more.

Had a sidewalk that had sunk too far on the right side making it quite unsafe at the front step. I had a different company out to raise it and they failed but still charged me 3/4 of the cost. I then had Foundation Recovery Systems out and they fixed the problem without issue. My experience was great with FRS!

From our first contact, Dakota to the two gentleman that actually came out to do the repairs, Denzel and KD, it was a great experience. I had a plumbing leak inside of my crawl space and being unsure of what to do we called Foundation Recovery Systems. Mike Bonali came out and unfortunately my current problem was a bit more extreme than originally thought. It was outside of their scope of work BUT was still able to help us. He took the time to answer all of my questions and also reach out to his team and provide me with recommendations on someone who might be able to help. Definitely going to keep them in mind for future services if the need arises.
