Today we had a follow-up inspection performed by Ryan Swift, a service technician with the company. Everything is still looking good and Ryan was very thorough and professional while performing and explaining the inspection. I highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems.

Grant Taylor did a great job! He called and told me when her would be there and actually showed up on time!(which NEVER happens) then he gave me a quote that was honest and explained it so I knew the reasons why the work needed done. He was patient with me and all my questions and didn’t make me feel bad about asking. Long story short he was awesome and it was a great experience for me mostly due to him!

Jeremiah Foote and Denzell Pickens coordinated their arrival time, promptly arrived when they said they would, professionally went over the project, accomplished the work in an excellent manner, cleaned up, and then went over everything after completion. Thankfully my inspection revealed no foundation issues, Ed Macdonald from Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely helpful in identifying my problem and providing valuable guidance on how best to address it. In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. Great overall experience from the appointment scheduling, communications, and appointment. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family! A+++++++

FRS did a super job, taking only two days to excavate, drive pilings and backfill/concrete. Chris Meyer, Brandon Saunders and Brayden VanCleve worked tirelessly to get the foundation repair completed, even though the concrete floor was really tough. We’re glad to have this finished so that we can progress to some needed drywall and door fixes. Thanks, FRS!

He left our home better than he found it by taking extra time to make sure that everything was clean and tidy. He changed his shoes outside before coming in. I recently needed to resolve a water issue in my basement. After requesting a few different companies come out for quotes, Foundation Recovery Systems rose to the top. They determined a waterproofing solution while also finding a major structural issue that needed fixing as soon as possible (that had been overlooked by the previous company). Clifford, the foreman, and his crew, Rylee and Emanuel, were great! Cliff provided clear communication at every step of the job, and he offered multiple solutions when an issue arose. The entire team was beyond respectful, friendly, and committed to doing the best work possible. I was even asked every day if the time frame of the work fit within my schedule and needs. While structural and water issues with a house are stressful, Cliff and the team's words and actions put my mind at ease. I'm very pleased with the results, and I would definitely recommend FRS.
