Cody Shipley walked us through the options and helped us find something that worked with us.Furthermore, I'm impressed at the hoops the crew installing it had to go through. Our neighborhood streets are being worked on by the city and they had to deal with our street potentially getting closed without notice. They had a plan if it came to that, but thankfully it didn't.

I recently had foundation work done on my home by Foundation Recovery Systems, and I cannot say enough good things about the crew that handled the job—JT, Nez, and Luke. From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation I had. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each step of the process in detail. What stood out the most was their willingness to let me observe and ask questions along the way. Not only did they do excellent work, but they also made the experience stress-free and even enjoyable with their friendly and approachable attitudes. It’s clear that they take great pride in what they do, and it shows in both their workmanship and customer service. If you’re looking for a team that is skilled, respectful, and truly cares about their work, I highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems—and especially JT, Nez, and Luke. I was pretty concerned about some support beams failing in my basement so I had FRS Inspector Jason Sheppard out. I have a lot of projects planned for my property but knew that if the basement supports fail none of the rest of my work would matter. He met with me, explained exactly what he would be doing and how, then set to work. A short few hours later we sat and discussed all of my options and I chose to move forward with the project Jason recommended. I felt very comfortable asking questions and discussing the plan with Jason and his expertise in his work was evident. 10/10 experience.

Doryan inspected my basement and wrote my contract. He explained everything involved and kept in contact with me, letting me know when the work would start. Alec was in charge of my contract work and he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He called letting me know what time they would be there each day and kept me up to date on the progress throughout the day. He explained in detail everything they were doing and what to expect. Ryan and Xander were on the crew with Alec. All three were very kind and respectful and did a great quality job.

This is based on Quote only. We have not had work completed yet, it is scheduled. He did take a long time with us going over everything so we knew exactly what he is planning on doing. He also explained the difference in materials he plans to use with different parts of the job. The services they offered was above what others was offering even though their prices were a little higher.

2 years ago I had FRS install 7 piers. This year they had to come out and adjust the piers. The crew Joseph Woodiel, Chance Spratley, and Andre Stuart were spot on in their communication and professionalism. They were patient with my questions, and helpful as I made requests and asked questions. Having to do this a second time was not desired, but Joseph and his team made it more painless than ever anticipated.

I had a very positive experience with Foundation Recovery Systems. Foundation repair is a big investment and can cause anxiety, but Stephen, Camden and Dawson make it a doable worthwhile adventure. Stephen helps set up financial means, assesses the problems, and rolls up his sleeves to make it work. Camden and Dawson do the heavy lifting and explain everything along the way. They are a great team! They never leave you hanging: they respond to calls right away, answer all questions, and reassure anxious home owners. They were able to stay within the original price estimate. I really love these guys!

Primarily dealt with Joshua Eaton, a little with Dawson but all were professional, Ty McCully, Austin Benton, Aaron Hernandez did a good job, were efficient and did a good clean up in my garage. Being as we just had a 12” snow fall I didn’t expect them to work but they did, leveled the garage, set up sump pump and “sister” joist a beam. They had a hard time breaking up frozen clumps of dirt, but stated if the ground doesn't settle well come spring they would return. All in all I would recommend Foundation Recovery Systems
