Foundation Recovery Systems installed 11 helical piers on the sinking addition to our house. First, our inspector/estimator, Tanner, was very informative, listened well to our concerns, and was easy to communicate with. After work was completed, Tanner followed up with a phone call to make sure we were pleased with the crew's work. Our crew foreman, Jon, and the rest of the crew were very professional and very hard working. Jon communicated with me clearly about what they were doing and why each step of the way. He also kept me informed of obstacles they encountered and how they were solving them. The crew accidentally damaged some window trim and an exterior door threshold, but Jon told me immediately about it and the company has reimbursed us every penny for repairs. The crew completed their work and we are so happy we hired FRS!

Jonathan came to our home about a month ago to inspect our basement due to it being leaky when it rains. We tried everything in past from epoxy injections to drylock paints and nothing ever worked. The design that he came up with was the permanent solution we needed. What made us feel most comfortable about moving forward with this scope of work was the warranty foundation recovery systems puts on their waterproofing.

Jordan was exceptional in his detailed explanation of the work that would be done. He took the time to thoroughly assess our situation and also to extensively talk through options. While customer service is paramount for us, and he certainly deserves a 10 out of 10, FRS was a substantially better value from a cost standpoint as well, compared to estimates we received elsewhere. If you need to prove it to yourself, go ahead and take the time to get multiple bids…but if you want to save the time, just make one call to Jordan and Foundation Recovery Systems!

We had cracks in the drywall and had done repairs over the years and they kept coming back seasonally. We decided to get the foundation loomed at and foundation recovery systems sent out Jonathan, he was here for about 2 and half hours and made sense of our situation. Happy we are finally getting the situation taken care of properly.

F.R.S.- Jeremy H. came out for the inspection. He patiently walked through all my concerns offering practical solutions. The pricing was fair considering the amount of work involved and three other contractors offering no solutions but a $10-$12K sump pump system. My crawl space lacked the necessary 24-18 inches required for sealing. Gary D, Luca B., Todd D., & Jordan M. came through and completed an excellent job. Mike R. & Trey E. we're assigned my driveway leveling & crack sealing also completing an excellent professional job. THANK YOU

We had Foundation Recovery complete the work on our foundation that was caused by settling. We had 5 piers placed deep into the ground thru the basement concrete floor. The job was completed by Travis Clark and Justin Geigling. They were a great team. Travis took the lead and did a great job of discussing the plan with us and keeping us informed if any changes were needed. He and Justin worked very hard on the job. They left the job site clean and everything in order. They were a pleasure to work with and Travis was knowledgeable and helpful. We are very pleased with Foundation Recovery Systems.

Derek and Mike did an awesome job on repairing my sidewalk and patio. They lifted up the concrete where it was sinking, repaired the cracks, and made it look so nice. They even went the extra mile and caulked the seams so it would look uniformed. I’m thrilled with the outcome. Thank you Derek and Mike, you did an amazing job. Now it’s time to schedule the powerwasher.
