Can Concrete Repair Work When You Have Serious Concrete Problems?

It depends on what you mean by “serious” concrete problems. Many concrete repair techniques, including techniques like polyurethane foam injections, can still work when you have multiple concrete cracks. If you have serious problems with sinking and concrete drifting, you still might be able to maintain your concrete appropriately. 

However, these same concrete repair techniques typically won’t work if the concrete is in multiple pieces. If you have concrete that’s deteriorated to such a point that it’s more cracked than it is whole, you’re probably just going to have to re-pour the concrete slab. That’s one reason it’s so crucial to tackle concrete problems early.
