History
In 1992, Jeff Martin Sr. founded Foundation Recovery Systems when he noticed gaps in the foundation repair industry. He wanted to find a more efficient way to repair foundations instead of a full replacement. His son, Jeff Martin Jr., Joined the business in 2007, and by 2010, business had skyrocketed due to a year-long drought. In 2018, FRS partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company and immediately expanded their service coverage. FRS is a 2022 St. Louis Top Workplace winner, and is an A+ rated BBB accredited business. Their nearly 400 employees and 30 years of experience in the industry have led to thousands of repaired homes.

I had Jared visit my property to assess my concerns regarding the settling of my house. He was prompt, professional, and thorough in his evaluation. Rather than pushing unnecessary services, he took the time to use his expertise to point out key areas to monitor and suggested appropriate steps to help prevent further settling. Although we haven’t yet moved forward with the work, I can confidently say that I will choose Jared when the time comes. This has been the best referral I’ve received.

Had some driveway/foundation/garage concrete repair work done. Joshua Sims was my initial inspector and contract bidder, gave me a great list of options, and clear explanations of different options as well as good financing options. We were able to schedule the work within two weeks of initial bid, which was perfect. Wayne H. and Judah D. were the repair contractors from Foundation Recovery Systems that came and did the work. They were friendly and professional and I could tell they were a very experienced crew. They worked efficiently and effectively together, completing the project in about 4 hours, in the blazing heat no less! Finished result is night and day difference!! I can’t recommend them and this company enough! The real deal, quality work! Thank you for helping make my home, and by extension our neighborhood that much nicer! Nick

My husband is under Hospice care and I am his only caregiver. I didn't even look out of the window while they were working. Why? I just watched Robert and Chase drive away after 6 days of facing a tremendously challenging and downright nasty crawl space repair – they tackled the job with a positive attitude and left this 105 year old home stable and ready to weather another century. The honest and open communication of the entire crew coupled with their demonstrated confidence and competence was all the reassurance I needed to know this job was done to the highest of standards and will stand the test of time. Thanks beyond measure to Lee J., Robert S., Chase M., Kaden D. and Tanner W. – you guys are absolute rock stars. I would recommend FRS – Moberly not only for their skill and steadfast work ethic, but also for their kindness, up-front honesty about what the job entails and their willingness to ensure the job is done right for the best future of your home. Photos: The first three photos will give you an idea what they had to endure. That last photo demonstrates the massive improvement – I’d *almost* be willing to go under there myself now! After a couple of pending plumbing repairs the encapsulation will be complete, but it’s now a safe and clean crawl space for work to continue on this old piece of history I call home.
