Timber was excellent to work with and has continued to advocate for us with any issues that have come up during and after install. Lee and his crew were very kind, and it was a pleasure to have them at our home. Lee was very conscientious about the work he was doing and constantly asked us for our approval on things to ensure we were happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend both Timber and Lee!

Called to get a quote on floor sagging and foundation repair. They sent Jared Wyatt out with in a week to do the inspection. He was really thorough, friendly, and professional. He went around took pictures and measurements to get an understanding of the lay out and what we were needing done. Sat down with us and listened to our concerns and explained in detail what our options were, what they would be doing. Went over and explained all of their different payment options they offered and they different discounts as well. Would recommend if you’re having the same issues.

I recently had basement waterproofing and some foundation slip jacking done because of flooding from three straight days of rain last fall. Jeremy helped get me going on what I needed to ensure there was no further damage. Devan and his crew took less than 2 days to fully seal my basement, install wall bracers and a new sump pump. I then had Trent and Mike help slip jack and even out several spots around my property and it looks and feels amazing. Everything was explained before it was done and any questions I had were immediately answered. Having foundation cracks, sinking and basement damage was an incredibly stressful event but these guys made it feel easy. Absolutely recommend these guys if you need efficient and quick work done on your foundation!

He was completely honest with us regarding our foundation issue, and I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. I had foundation recovery systems come out for two separate jobs in the last 2-3 years. Overall, I am pleased with the work that was done. There was some hiccups throughout the project, but they had one standout employee, Tanner Wetrich, who kept things on track. Almost 2 years after he completed one of the jobs, I reached back out with a question. He took it on himself to solve the problem and get things figured out. If you plan to have a job completed in the Iowa area, definitely ask for Tanner to be your representative.

Awesome work! They did a amazing job and my driveway looks completely different and brand new! The guys were very thorough and informative and made it look like a million bucks! Would recommend them to anyone needing work done! Cannot beat their prices and their service is hands down the best anyone can ask for! Wish I would have taken before pictures, the driveway was about 3-4" dropped by the garage, the pictures attached are of the job completed.

Inspection visit was great with Chad, he was easy to understand and made it more comfortable for us. We knew we didn’t need to look any further after talking to him.

I have a solid concrete underground saferoom that was leaking due to drainage issues. The supervisor that came to my location was extremely knowledgeable but made me worry because of how large I was envisioning this project. He described the jackhammering through the floor, removing old concrete one 5 gallon bucket at a time, the drain tile, new rock, new concrete, all in all some serious physical labor. Josh Howard, Ayden Land, Derrick Bushnell, Robert Smith, and Josh Zike showed up and resolved my issue in one single working day. Not only am I extremely satisfied with their quality of work and work ethic, but my land has gotten about 6 inches of rain in the past week and the saferoom remains bone dry. Thank you all so much for making extremely quick work of what I considered a major problem!
