I have a solid concrete underground saferoom that was leaking due to drainage issues. The supervisor that came to my location was extremely knowledgeable but made me worry because of how large I was envisioning this project. He described the jackhammering through the floor, removing old concrete one 5 gallon bucket at a time, the drain tile, new rock, new concrete, all in all some serious physical labor. Josh Howard, Ayden Land, Derrick Bushnell, Robert Smith, and Josh Zike showed up and resolved my issue in one single working day. Not only am I extremely satisfied with their quality of work and work ethic, but my land has gotten about 6 inches of rain in the past week and the saferoom remains bone dry. Thank you all so much for making extremely quick work of what I considered a major problem!

Matthew was my Sales Rep. He did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and my daughter. Dan, Francisco, and Owen were the team that did the restoration on my basement. The guys were wonderful. They were all very well informed and kept me in the loop of how things would work while they were on-site. Dan was a great foreman. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Cisco made a special trip to my house to replace a piece that had broken so that the job would be completed when they said it would be. All of the staff was very respectful of the rest of my property and you can't hardly tell that thet did 2 – 25ft trenches in my front yard. I just want to thank all of you for helping me during this difficult time and making it easy. Will recommend you to everyone.

Foundation Recovery Systems was not the cheapest bid that we received however their level of professionalism and craftsmanship more than made up for the price difference. All the work was explained to us before hand and done quickly and professionally. I had seen basements before with a sump drain system installed and the concrete that was added back after the instillation was always obvious and not well done or leveled. That is not the case with Roy, Devan, and Ronnie. The concrete was impressively installed and leveled, and the plastic wall covering was done with obvious care for the craftsmanship of the work completed. I can't suggest them enough and highly recommend getting them to do any basement foundation work you need.

Bought a house that had a foot of standing water underneath due to a leaking spigot. Plumber fixed the leak then Foundation Recovery Systems came out and installed a triple sump system, permanent dehumidifier, fully encapsulated the crawlspace and added 3 steel beams to ensure the house doesn't sag overtime. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. Wayne and his team (led by Jordan) made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They even came back out to make some adjustments per my request at no additional cost.

What a great company! From our initial consultation with Barry to the ground crew Lee, Camryn, and Joshua, this has been an easier process than I could have hoped for. Lee, Camryn and Joshua did a great job raising our entire slab all the way around the house. Professional and courteous- they were always polite and happy to answer any questions I had all week long. I called for a quote because I have sidewalks all around my 1915 home that are in very bad shape and heaving in several places as well as a washed out area of sidewalk that sunk about 5". They came out and gave me a quote within a week. I had questions and the owner came to my home at 8:00 on a Saturday morning to discuss the areas he had included in his proposal. Two days later they came out and did the work. They were on time and did exactly everything that they said they were going to do. I'm very impressed with Chris and Barb at Top Notch. I didn't get Chris's technician's name that came out with him but he seemed friendly and worked hard the entire time as well. I will definitely refer people I know to Top Notch. Very impressed!

Their communication was awesome and there were many times during the project that something could have gone wrong but they always found a way to go the extra mile. We had five piers installed last spring to stabilize our garage and family room. The only thing that we had to do was plant grass (they also planted grass seed before they left but I wanted to make sure it grew in thicker) and by summer ypu couldn't tell that anything had been done. They sent an inspector, Ryan Howard, back to our house today to make sure that the stabilization worked (it did). They will come back the next two years to check their work. We're very happy with the work they did and with their follow-up.

My father had passed away 2 wks before the basement flooded. I called FRS and Alfonso was so understanding with my mom during the quoting process. And then this amazing crew arrived. Robert Stuck, Chase Martin, Zach Skaggs….simply wonderful. They worked so hard, in such a short time. The finished product is so beyond my expectations.
