When it came time to lift the house, they did it in small increments and let us check to make sure the windows closed properly and the existing drywall cracks did not change in size. Our home had several sidewalk sections that had sunk at different rates, leaving uneven edges that were trip hazards. Bryce and Brandon of FRS briefed me on their approach to leveling the walkway. They worked hard and carefully, and their experience showed in how good the sidewalk now looks, with trip hazards eliminated. While the service is not inexpensive, communications, process and work went well, with an end result that was better than I anticipated.

All the employees at every step of the process were very courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions and putting me at ease without appearing sleazy or over the top. Sometimes the sales people are too nice and it comes off as fake, but that was not the case with any of the employees I talked to. The engineer spent extra time explaining the process and putting my mind at ease and helping me set up no interest financing. The crews working on the house were respectful of my limited time off from work and kept the worksite tidy and orderly. I had a coworker tell me of her positive experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and now I will pass along my seal of approval to anyone I know needing foundation work.

I had the best experience working with Michael Drebes on our driveway and front porch concrete repair. We needed poly renewal injections to lift and stabilize sinking sections, and Michael Drebes explained the entire process clearly from start to finish. He walked us through what was happening under the concrete, why it was settling, and how the injections would permanently address the issue. The results were incredible. Our driveway is level again, the front porch feels solid and safe, and everything looks clean and professionally finished. The work was efficient, minimally invasive, and completed exactly as promised. If you’re dealing with uneven concrete or sinking slabs, I highly recommend Michael Drebes he is Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right.

No leveling has been done yet, but their quoting process was great … Ely spent over an hour analyzing and diagraming the voids in each of my slabs and walks, plus he explained how those voids could soon be impacting the foundation of my home. That sealed the deal, and I hope to add some nice "after" pics this summer once my project is all done.

For example, when he detected moisture in one area of my crawl space, he showed me how the conditions were conducive to mold growth and explained how this could affect the indoor air quality of my home. He also showed me pictures of mold growth in other crawl spaces and how encapsulation prevented similar issues in those homes.Throughout the inspection, Nick provided practical advice on how to address any issues that were identified. He explained the benefits of encapsulation and recommended a few options based on my specific needs and budget. He also provided tips on how to maintain my crawl space moving forward.Overall, I highly recommend Nick Mata and Foundation Recovery Systems for anyone in need of a crawl space inspection. I appreciate a business that responds in a timely fashion, shows up when they say they will, and has excellent communication. Foundation Recovery Systems has all of that. From the initial consultation with Jeremy White to the actual repair, every step of the way, the technicians contacted me en route to give an arrival time, made sure I knew what work was being done and why, and afterwards, we walked through and they explained everything clearly. The repairs were executed professionally by Chris Meyer and Brandon Saunders. They were very careful to keep my house in order during the work, they used drop clothes, they swept up, hauled off construction materials, and the trench in the yard was dug in very tidy. They didn’t leave a pile of excavated soil or anything for me to clean up after. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. You get the quality you pay for.
