We recently hired Foundation Recovery Systems to resolve water issues in our basement, and the entire experience was outstanding. The crew showed up on time, communicated clearly, and explained each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. They were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They completed the job efficiently, made sure everything was in order before they left, and left the space clean and tidy. The quality of the work was excellent, and we’re very happy with the results. After they left, we did notice that the washer water hookup had been slightly misaligned (we are assuming they used it to flood test the system), which caused a small water leak.It was a simple fix, and honestly, had we noticed it while the crew was still here, we’re confident they would have taken care of it right away. It wasn’t a big deal, and we don’t consider it a reflection on the team at all. But wanted to include this for full transparency. We had absolutely no issues with this crew. They did a fantastic job, and we truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. I would recommend Foundation Recovery Systems without hesitation—great service and a job well done. I had a plumbing leak inside of my crawl space and being unsure of what to do we called Foundation Recovery Systems. Mike Bonali came out and unfortunately my current problem was a bit more extreme than originally thought. It was outside of their scope of work BUT was still able to help us. He took the time to answer all of my questions and also reach out to his team and provide me with recommendations on someone who might be able to help. Definitely going to keep them in mind for future services if the need arises.

I had foundation recovery systems come out for two separate jobs in the last 2-3 years. Overall, I am pleased with the work that was done. There was some hiccups throughout the project, but they had one standout employee, Tanner Wetrich, who kept things on track. Almost 2 years after he completed one of the jobs, I reached back out with a question. He took it on himself to solve the problem and get things figured out. If you plan to have a job completed in the Iowa area, definitely ask for Tanner to be your representative.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick Mata from Foundation Recovery Systems for a crawl space inspection, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. Nick's expertise and professionalism really stood out throughout the entire process.When Nick arrived, he immediately got to work inspecting my crawl space, using advanced equipment to detect any moisture or mold issues. He explained everything he was doing and made sure to take pictures to show me exactly what was going on. I was impressed by his attention to detail and thoroughness.As we went through the inspection, Nick took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. It was evident that he truly cared about my home and my family's health.One thing that really impressed me was Nick's ability to explain complex crawl space issues in a way that was easy to understand. Our front stairs were pulling away from the house due to a sinking sidewalk and we were finding cracks in our driveway from voids under the surface. Todd came out and walked us through the quote, answered all of our questions. Today we had a great experience with our installers Bryce and Brandon. They were very thorough in walking through the work process and the finished process looks great. The plugs where the poly were inserted look seamless, everything looks great. I reached out to Foundation Recovery Systems because of significant cracks along the left and back walls of my detached garage. I had already received two other quotes, but neither company provided much detail beyond telling me that piers or plates were needed to address the issue. Kyle B. truly went above and beyond. He took thorough measurements, tested the soundness of the concrete pad, and took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. He answered every question I had and was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. When Foundation Recovery Systems says they are transparent, they genuinely mean it. I feel confident moving forward with this project and can’t wait to have my garage stabilized so I can use the walls without worrying about the cracks getting worse. I’ll update this review once the work is completed, but so far I’m extremely happy with my decision to choose Foundation Recovery Systems over their competitors. Thanks again, Kyle B.!

All of them were willing to answer my many questions. I did write down the names so I wouldn't forget – lost the list. I believe the hard–working men were Charles(Chet), Brandon, and Andre. Charles ran the backhoe and the others assisted with other work. Two others came to complete the poly-urathene. They were courteous as well. I do apologive for the names forgotten.

I called for a quote because I have sidewalks all around my 1915 home that are in very bad shape and heaving in several places as well as a washed out area of sidewalk that sunk about 5". They came out and gave me a quote within a week. I had questions and the owner came to my home at 8:00 on a Saturday morning to discuss the areas he had included in his proposal. Two days later they came out and did the work. They were on time and did exactly everything that they said they were going to do. I'm very impressed with Chris and Barb at Top Notch. I didn't get Chris's technician's name that came out with him but he seemed friendly and worked hard the entire time as well. I will definitely refer people I know to Top Notch. Very impressed!

We had five piers installed last spring to stabilize our garage and family room. The only thing that we had to do was plant grass (they also planted grass seed before they left but I wanted to make sure it grew in thicker) and by summer ypu couldn't tell that anything had been done. They sent an inspector, Ryan Howard, back to our house today to make sure that the stabilization worked (it did). They will come back the next two years to check their work. We're very happy with the work they did and with their follow-up.

Tyler M. arrived on time for a free inspection of my basement foundation issue. He was kind, and professional and a good listener to my story about what happened in my basement and how it happened. Tyler M. explained the 3 options that I have to keep water from coming into my basement from storms. He also went out of his way to make some calls on my behalf to find other companies to help me resolve my other basement issues. I highly recommend Tyler M. He has very good problem solving skills. He wrote up the quote while still at my home and walked me through it. I don’t know yet which option I will pick, but I know Tyler M. will continue to be great to work with!

The crew they sent out, Brady, Davon, Dave, Nate and Billy, were very polite and respectful. Their work ethic and knowledge of the work to be done was outstanding.
