I had Christian lift some concrete on my back patio to save my downstairs ac unit from shorting out from puddles forming from the heavy rains. They were able to complete job without moving or Uninstalling the ac unit. Kudos to Jason for putting up with me while he explained the process after other household issues were brewing after a bad storm. Thanks for saving my AC unit. Front edge of unit is not underwater after rain now.

I highly recommend Scott Cisco! As soon as he left our house I knew I wanted to leave him a personal review and a company review. Scott was very kind, thorough, and he gained my trust quickly at his initial appointment. He listened to everything I had to say, did his own careful assessment, and didn’t come off as salesy – I felt as if I was talking with a neighbor or friend. You can tell he has your best interest at heart in his recommendations. I would trust his recommendations with my home time and time again, and I’ll be recommending him to anyone I know who needs foundation/waterproofing services. In addition, I really love how Foundation Systems Recovery was quick to get us scheduled. Other places I called were booked out for weeks. I called Foundation Systems on a Friday and they were able to get me in on a Monday, which is great when you’re dealing with a stressful water situation. On top of that, they gave me an appt time and Scott was on time, called me when he was on his way AND they have a gps link tracker that allows you to see in real time what the ETA will be – super convenient. I was hesitant to use a big multi-state company over a smaller business, but I’m glad I used Foundation Systems Recovery. Again, thank you and thank you Scott!

The worked performed was well done as stated in the contract. The team members on day one, Forman Camryn, co-foreman Josh, installer Tanner all worked well together. They were all hardworking, conscientious about their work, communicated well as to work procedures they were performing and they were punctual. On day two we also had Lee and Kaden come to help with the last bit of work to be completed and they as well displayed all the qualities of the crew on day one. We were very satisfied with the work and would recommend them to others needing foundation work.

I just had Kevin from Foundation Recovery Systems out to inspection my log home. I was worried about cracks in my drywall and foundation, and was recommended to Foundation Recovery systems. They were pleasant on the phone when scheduling, and got me an appointment pretty quickly. I was sent confirmations and reminders, which I appreciated because my memory is not the best. Kevin called 30 minutes before arrival as promised and showed up right on time. He was such a nice person, I felt comfortable letting him in my home and trusted him to walk around on his own. He let me show him the areas of concern and then explained his process in finding out what, if anything, they can do for me. It didn't take him long, and he came to show me the results and was honest and said there was nothing wrong, just the house contrasting in the heat/cold. So while I don't need their services past this inspection, I would 100% recommend Foundation Recovery Systems and Kevin for any work you may need done.

I then had Foundation Recovery Systems out and they fixed the problem without issue. My experience was great with FRS!

Joshua Sims was my initial inspector and contract bidder, gave me a great list of options, and clear explanations of different options as well as good financing options. We were able to schedule the work within two weeks of initial bid, which was perfect. Wayne H. and Judah D. were the repair contractors from Foundation Recovery Systems that came and did the work. They were friendly and professional and I could tell they were a very experienced crew. They worked efficiently and effectively together, completing the project in about 4 hours, in the blazing heat no less! Finished result is night and day difference!! I can’t recommend them and this company enough! The real deal, quality work! Thank you for helping make my home, and by extension our neighborhood that much nicer! Nick

Excellent experience with FRS! Forman Mike Williams & his crew, Co Forman, Kanen Carlson & Installer, Gavin Bonar finished my foundation project ahead of schedule! I was nervous about this project but my nerves were eased right away. They were all very informative and explained to me what they were doing. All were very approachable with all my questions. They worked hard and knew their stuff. Mike took extra care with excavating and even avoided 2 little hostas i hadnt been able to dig up & move. Chet, the Inspector was excellent as well. Great crew & great company!

Tyler M. explained the 3 options that I have to keep water from coming into my basement from storms. He also went out of his way to make some calls on my behalf to find other companies to help me resolve my other basement issues. I highly recommend Tyler M. He has very good problem solving skills. They sent Chris Vanderpool, who helped us understand everything that was going on and took the extra time to stop and answer questions — he even got his hands dirty to help us get more important answers. He did not pressure us, and he gave us a very reasonable window to decide if we’re going to proceed with FRS for their services.

Thankfully my inspection revealed no foundation issues, Ed Macdonald from Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely helpful in identifying my problem and providing valuable guidance on how best to address it. In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. 3 months later, I'm still WOW'd by the great service I received from Jared and the team at Foundation Recovery Systems! I needed my driveway lifted due to sinking near my garage. I called 2 companies for a quotes. FRS responded first and I never had to wonder what was coming next! I received communication from Jared the night before my appointment just to confirm the scheduled date/time, which I appreciated. Then, on the day of my appointment, Jared not only let me know when he was the on the way, but he also provided an ETA. He showed up on time, with a kind smile and tons of knowledge! Jared spent time walking me through his observations of my driveway, the "why" behind what was happening and the "how" behind the recommended repair. He took time to measure the area to provide an accurate quote and answered my many questions! The FRS team that completed the repair the following week was just as kind, courteous and professional! It's worth noting I did receive a second quote from another company, and though the price was comparable, the level of service was not. I wasn't even sure if the other company was coming at the scheduled time for my estimate. The guy who showed up was at my house for maybe 2 minutes-no measurements, no insight on the recommended repair…just confirmation a quote would be emailed. Needless to say, the level of service and care from FRS really sets the bar high! They're one of one! Thank you to Jared and the team for taking care of my home, making me feel so comfortable and making the decision to go with FRS so incredibly easy! Patrick Turrieta was great to work with, was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. If you are in need of your concrete lifted, repaired, and warrantied, then Patrick is the guy to ask for and no one else will do. Although I felt as though I was in a three-ring circus as the workers were digging, raising the foundation, and returning tlhe dirt, I was very pleased with the courteous workers. All of them were willing to answer my many questions. I did write down the names so I wouldn't forget – lost the list. I believe the hard–working men were Charles(Chet), Brandon, and Andre. Charles ran the backhoe and the others assisted with other work. Two others came to complete the poly-urathene. They were courteous as well. I do apologive for the names forgotten.

Would recommend them to anyone needing work done! Cannot beat their prices and their service is hands down the best anyone can ask for! Wish I would have taken before pictures, the driveway was about 3-4" dropped by the garage, the pictures attached are of the job completed.

I would like to leave a review on what a great company Foundation Recovery Systems is. I had water leakage in the basement and their inspector/sales representative Joe Bevis was so knowledgeable and didn’t just use bandaids (so to speak) to fix the immediate need; he addressed the whole situation to fix the whole problem. Joe Bevis was also involved in scheduling, and rescheduling due to weather. Greg, Andy, & Cody worked around my schedule calling when they were on their way, and when they arrived. They did a great beautiful job, and their clean up was immaculate. Joe, Greg, Andy, and Cody are an asset to Foundation Recovery and Foundation Recovery Systems are blessed to have them. I will be their biggest advertiser by word of mouth as to what a great company with dedicated hard working employee’s they have. I am happy and impressed.
