I appreciate a business that responds in a timely fashion, shows up when they say they will, and has excellent communication. Foundation Recovery Systems has all of that. From the initial consultation with Jeremy White to the actual repair, every step of the way, the technicians contacted me en route to give an arrival time, made sure I knew what work was being done and why, and afterwards, we walked through and they explained everything clearly. The repairs were executed professionally by Chris Meyer and Brandon Saunders. They were very careful to keep my house in order during the work, they used drop clothes, they swept up, hauled off construction materials, and the trench in the yard was dug in very tidy. They didn’t leave a pile of excavated soil or anything for me to clean up after. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. You get the quality you pay for.

They had to deal with radiant heat in the floor and worked with a person from our heating and cooling guys to pinpoint where they could drill. Our lot is on a hill and they worked hard to not disrupt the area where they had to dig along the outside of the foundation. It wasn?t cheap to use FRS but the work was was worth it. During his inspection he caught a piece of concrete that other companies completely missed — something that could have become a real problem down the road. That kind of attention to detail tells you everything about how someone approaches their work. His write-up of the project was just as careful and clear, and I never felt rushed or upsold. We can’t say enough good things about this company. First, I’d like to start off with how Ed Macdonald (salesman) handled selling to us their product and plan. He took the time to answer all questions and concerns. He was professional but still personable. He gave us a timeline of what to expect and all came out as planned. Second, I’d like to thank Daryn Holder (foreman) for a job well done. He was able to lift our patios (front and back) though we had our doubts. He was thorough in explaining what he would be doing and gave periodic updates as he continued to work. He even asked if we were satisfied, which most companies do not bother to take the time to ask, they just take their payment and move on. Although our job took longer than planned or scheduled for, Daryn did not show he was frustrated, he was determined to ensure the job was completed to the best of his abilities. So thankful we found this company and had the opportunity to work with these two outstanding gentlemen.

They also brought attention to other things but made sure to let us know that they were not experts in those categories but have seen it over the years of work they did and knew the signs of certain things. When he needed to change something from the plan he let me know and explained in details. I would have him come back if I ever needed anyone again.For the garage floor leveling Jeremiah, Jake and KD were equally great. Friendly, efficient and kept me informed as to what was happening. This was my first foundation issue and I didn’t know what to expect when I inquired on the website. Gregg came to my home within just a few days of my inquiry to view the issues. He was prompt and professional and brought the right tools to see what we were dealing with and to propose a proper solution. We talked through plan A and what plan B might look like. He sent a quote over for plan A within 24 hours that I felt was very reasonable. After sitting on the quote for a couple months Heather reached out via text to see if I was still interested in having the work done. I was glad she did and worked with her via text to get this project scheduled and funded. The date we set was several months away, but Heather reached out again one week prior to the appointment we had made to confirm. The morning of the appointment Wayne called to let me know he was on the way with his crew. They arrived on time and got to work finishing up faster than I expected. Within 2 hours they had lifted my slab back to level and cleaned up after themselves. My door opens and closes again. The wall cracks shrunk down to almost nothing and the ground around the problem area lifted up which should help with drainage. Overall I am very pleased to see this done and done so easily. I didn’t need to worry as much as I did. The communication and professionalism of this team was top notch!

We called foundation recovery systems out because our drive way had settled a lot over the past 5 years of owning the house, we were considering just tearing it out and getting a new drive way. Jonathan came out and did his inspection, was able to bring other issues on the home to our attention. The fact that the solution he was able to provide was a fraction of the costs for a new drive way was reason enough to move forward with the work we wanted done. Driveway was lifted and we didn't have to wait forever for the solution to cure, we were able to use our driveway day of install.

Additionally, the price versus the competitors was significantly lower! Dylan, the foreman for the job was professional, diligent, and very courteous. Kurk was prompt and, like every single person we’ve dealt with at FRS, very professional. He is a thorough job and was very helpful. However, not happy to learn, 1-1/2 year after repairing my driveway, with the understanding that this was guaranteed for 5 years , that now an annual service plan is recommended so an additional and unexpected cost.

When he was done he shared his findings with me and drew up a foot print of the house and the work he recommended. It was all well explained and understandable me. He also gave me a quote for the work. It took about 2-3 hours and I'm confident he did a quality job.

He did an excellent job with giving me all the information I needed to allow me to make an informed decision. He did not pressure me to do anything. It was my decission. He explained the different methods and systems used to level my porch, sidewalk and driveway. In my opinion, he is a keeper. If the contractor is as good as he is, I will advertise for them.

The design that he came up with was the permanent solution we needed. What made us feel most comfortable about moving forward with this scope of work was the warranty foundation recovery systems puts on their waterproofing.

I had a great experience with FRS. Chad did the initial estimate/ evaluation. He was honest and didn’t try to force or lure us into a more expensive repair. The bid was about 60% of a competing company. We were booked to have the repair within a month. Lee, Kyle, and Cody were our crew. Lee was the lead and kept me informed every step. This crew started at 7:30 AM and worked tirelessly until 7:30 PM. A brief break for a late lunch and that was about it. Incredible hard workers! They clearly knew what they were doing. They were efficient and friendly. Some of the best help I’ve ever had!

Foundation recovery came out almost 2 years ago and installed a subpump and what was needed to block the rain water from entering our new home. I've waited to review the company until now only due to wanting the pump to work and perform its job. We have been 100% satisfied with Nick Mata (tech who drew up the system, while on site) and the workers. We can now rebuild the downstairs and actually enjoy the space for our children. They were not the lowest bid we received for the work nor the most expensive. But with a 100% lifetime warranty and super simple financing they were the best choice. And I'm very confident Nick Mata is the tech you want to request to map out your home when the work is needed. God bless you guys at Foundation recovery. We had a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems from start to finish. Chet came out for a consultation within just a few days of our call. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. After meeting with him, we scheduled the concrete work and everything went smoothly from there. On the day of the job, they called about a half hour before arriving and showed up right on time. Anthony and Corey did an excellent job. They were very particular about their work, explained everything clearly, and even took the time to educate us while we watched the process. They were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. In today’s world, it sometimes feels like customer service and personal relationships are becoming a thing of the past, but this company truly still values their customers and takes pride in building those relationships. That really stood out to us throughout the entire experience. The finished work looks amazing, and we would highly recommend this company to anyone needing concrete work done!
