Appreciated the hard work Josh Howard, Derrick Bushnell, and Josh Zike put into my crawlspace encapsulation. It was a tight fit but they found a way to get the job done as promised, and I was impressed by the results. I would recommend them and FRS to anybody looking for this kind of work to be done on their home. They were knowledgeable, approachable, and gave me lots of information I never knew about my house as they spent two days staring up its skirt on their backs.

Great experience using Foundation Recovery Systems. Highly recommend. Ken was very detailed with the initial walkthrough and was able to determine the leaking issue in my basement. After the sump pump installation the room was very well cleaned and the team even tarped off part of the basement to ensure no dust got on our appliances. Tyler, Isaiah, and Jake did an amazing job. Camryn H, Joshua F, and Tanner from the Moberly office did a great job at our home. They had to deal with radiant heat in the floor and worked with a person from our heating and cooling guys to pinpoint where they could drill. Our lot is on a hill and they worked hard to not disrupt the area where they had to dig along the outside of the foundation. It wasn?t cheap to use FRS but the work was was worth it. Several years ago I had a new sump pump system installed by Foundation Recovery Systems and things have been working fine. I just recently had a courtesy “check up” on my system performed by service technician Randy Smith. He was friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about workmanship. He looked at the set up in my basement, looked outside at the downspouts and walls, measured humidity levels and when he saw some places I could improve a situation he pointed them out. He was thorough and explained everything he was checking and doing. I felt very confident in his suggestions and they made sense. I look forward to working with both Randy and FRS in future years! 3 months later, I'm still WOW'd by the great service I received from Jared and the team at Foundation Recovery Systems! I needed my driveway lifted due to sinking near my garage. I called 2 companies for a quotes. FRS responded first and I never had to wonder what was coming next! I received communication from Jared the night before my appointment just to confirm the scheduled date/time, which I appreciated. Then, on the day of my appointment, Jared not only let me know when he was the on the way, but he also provided an ETA. He showed up on time, with a kind smile and tons of knowledge! Jared spent time walking me through his observations of my driveway, the "why" behind what was happening and the "how" behind the recommended repair. He took time to measure the area to provide an accurate quote and answered my many questions! The FRS team that completed the repair the following week was just as kind, courteous and professional! It's worth noting I did receive a second quote from another company, and though the price was comparable, the level of service was not. I wasn't even sure if the other company was coming at the scheduled time for my estimate. The guy who showed up was at my house for maybe 2 minutes-no measurements, no insight on the recommended repair…just confirmation a quote would be emailed. Needless to say, the level of service and care from FRS really sets the bar high! They're one of one! Thank you to Jared and the team for taking care of my home, making me feel so comfortable and making the decision to go with FRS so incredibly easy! We are constantly recommending Foundation Recovery Systems to our friends—primarily because of how great Shae Weber is. He just brings an extra level of care to the project. He has a sharp eye for detail and really knows his stuff. We did foundation work on one well and waterproofing with a sump pump. Shae was so great at coordinating the team, communicating with us, and making sure the work was top-notch. There was one hiccup in the project, and Shae made sure to come back out and fix it himself when the team was busy. He really went above and beyond. When it came to do another wall, we made sure to call and ensure we had Shae involved in the job. When our friends have mentioned needing foundation repair or waterproofing, we always recommend FRS. But if Shae went anywhere else, we would follow him.

All the employees at every step of the process were very courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions and putting me at ease without appearing sleazy or over the top. Sometimes the sales people are too nice and it comes off as fake, but that was not the case with any of the employees I talked to. The engineer spent extra time explaining the process and putting my mind at ease and helping me set up no interest financing. The crews working on the house were respectful of my limited time off from work and kept the worksite tidy and orderly. I had a coworker tell me of her positive experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and now I will pass along my seal of approval to anyone I know needing foundation work.

Mike Drebes was fantastic! He came out to assess our sinking back patio and cracks there and in our (also sinking) driveway, walkway, and threshold. He explained well but succinctly what was leading to the issues and the available solutions on the market and how their polymer system was the best and permanent solution, as opposed to a quick fix. Mike worked diligently to get perfect measurements and also took a look at our foundation from the basement to assure us that we didn’t need to pay for more than we actually needed. Talk to Mike Drebes if you need anything regarding foundation/cracks in surrounding concrete slabs/sinking soil.

We have used Foundation Recovery Systems-Moberly for years. Last Wednesday, Jackson came out to provide our yearly maintenance service including checking for additional settling. Although his measurements showed a small amount of settling we were well aware that the issue was worsening as we have cracks in our drywall that are slowly expanding. With Jackson's guidance, we decided to bite the bullet. 5 days later, right on time, foreman Jaeden arrived with Kameron and Robert ready to install our piers. The temperature was brutal. They worked from 9am until 6:30pm. All 3 men were communicative, respectful of my husband, me and our property and answered all of our questions. Jaeden explained each part of the process multiple times throughout the day. I was extremely happy with the process from the promised pre-arrival phone call to the clean-up. Jarad Estes came out to my house and after doing a thorough inspection of my property he showed me everything that was needing repair and and was very informative about everything that was needed to be done, within minutes he gave me a detailed estimate and quote for the job. As a first time home buyer , I was nervous about repairs to the foundation , but Jarad reinsured me that I was in good hand and foundation recovery was the way to go. And also the Forman Willam have lie kept me up to date every step of the way during the installation. Thanks to foundation recovery my leak has stoped and I have no water in my house.

From the folks I spoke with in the office to Jeremy H. who came out to do the inspection to the crew who did the work, everyone was friendly and professional. I received several emails and texts leading up to the appointments, preparing me for what to expect, as well as phone calls the mornings of the work to let me know the crew was on their way and when they'd arrive. After the inspection, I was given options about the repairs, and it was all clearly explained. A few weeks after the inspection, I had several piers installed around my foundation. For two days, Brandon C., Dylan E., and Darrion R. worked so hard and communicated in a clear and friendly manner with me as I pestered them with questions. FRS really made repairing my foundation as painless a process as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I recently noticed a crack within my home and was obviously concerned on what the issue could be. After scheduling a appointment I was nervous about the potential findings. When I met my tech Ken Jordan he was very professional and asked several questions about my home. After doing the inspection I was on on pins and needles to find out what Ken uncovered. To my surprise, nothing of significance was found. Of course he could of made up a reason to have unnecessary work performed but was on the up and up and I couldn't have appreciated his honesty more.

Primarily dealt with Joshua Eaton, a little with Dawson but all were professional, Ty McCully, Austin Benton, Aaron Hernandez did a good job, were efficient and did a good clean up in my garage. Being as we just had a 12” snow fall I didn’t expect them to work but they did, leveled the garage, set up sump pump and “sister” joist a beam. They had a hard time breaking up frozen clumps of dirt, but stated if the ground doesn't settle well come spring they would return. All in all I would recommend Foundation Recovery Systems

The pricing was fair considering the amount of work involved and three other contractors offering no solutions but a $10-$12K sump pump system. My crawl space lacked the necessary 24-18 inches required for sealing. Gary D, Luca B., Todd D., & Jordan M. came through and completed an excellent job. The team of men who handled our basement waterproofing project were excellent from start to finish. Our salesman, Neil, visited our home and took us through their waterproofing steps and policies step-by-step. We had sought two other bids, as well, and FRS offered the best services, package deal, guarantee and financing of the three bids. They worked with us on the best dates for us for the project. Everything was accomplished just as Neil said it would be, and we are exceedingly pleased. We had a crew of three gentlemen who arrived three days ago to install our basement waterproofing. Foreman Devon, and crew members Roy and Owen were simply excellent workers and exceptional people. Each day this week they walked us through what they had accomplished that day and explained thoroughly why everything was done the way it was. Today before pulling out they finished up explaining everything we would need to know in the next couple weeks. Thank you to FRS For coming through exactly as you promised. We would be happy to be a reference for anyone who has questions from a homeowner. We look forward to turning our entire system on in a few weeks ~ returning appliances and storage shelving to their places around the walls ~ after the concrete has cured. It looks like a whole new basement… And that’s saying a lot for a 100 year old house in Webster Groves. Thanks Neil, Devon, Roy and Owen.

The work of Brandon C, Dylan E, Darrion R, Blake B and Cris B was all incredibly professional and well done. They were respectful of how their heavy machinery needed for the job moved around the yard, put extra care in not damaging things that were in the way of their work and even moved rocks my kids had decorated to a different spot so they wouldn’t get damaged which I felt was above and beyond. They really cared about doing what could be done for our specific porch/foundation fix rather than just doing a generic job.
