When he needed to change something from the plan he let me know and explained in details. The entire process from meeting with Hunter to go over our options and pricing, to the actual driveway repair couldn't have gone any better. Hunter was very knowledgable and went to great lengths to walk us through the estimate and educate us on how the work would be done. Trent and Michael performed the repair and met our every expectation. They were professional and very concerned about the quality of their work. Had a foundation gutter system and pump installed, then unexpectedly had to put my house up for sale. My inspection was this morning, 11/5/24, after a crazy 36 hours of rain. 10 inches where I lived. The inspector came, basement was BONE DRY. Phenomenal system installed. And it took these guys a day to install it. On top of it all I was pleasantly surprised with the price, and the level of customer service was outstanding. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Brian German is our foundation recovery systems inspection technician. Brian came out today on our annual service call checked out all our systems. Checked the level of our house perimeter all the way around checked our walls,floors and ceilings for movement. While Brian was here he helped us with another issue we had which was the drain from our whole house heating system had gotten clogged but was under the encapsulation. Brian opened the encapsulation located or drain line cleaned it out for us and resealed the encapsulation. We have a different technician each year for our annual inspection and I really hope that Brian is our inspector from now on he's pleasant and thorough.

From the very beginning when Cole met with us to talk about our options, he was very friendly, spoke plainly in a way we could understand, and was genuinely looking out for our best interest. I contacted Cole frequently throughout the whole process with questions or concerns, and he would contact me back quickly and was always able to help me. Cole made the project go smoothly from beginning to end. They did great work in our basement. I reached out to Foundation Recovery Systems because of significant cracks along the left and back walls of my detached garage. I had already received two other quotes, but neither company provided much detail beyond telling me that piers or plates were needed to address the issue. Kyle B. truly went above and beyond. He took thorough measurements, tested the soundness of the concrete pad, and took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. He answered every question I had and was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. When Foundation Recovery Systems says they are transparent, they genuinely mean it. I feel confident moving forward with this project and can’t wait to have my garage stabilized so I can use the walls without worrying about the cracks getting worse. I’ll update this review once the work is completed, but so far I’m extremely happy with my decision to choose Foundation Recovery Systems over their competitors. Thanks again, Kyle B.!

Cody came by this morning and did our home inspection for foundation repair and basement waterproofing. He was very professional, thorough, and honest with the inspection. Cody explained why our basement had water coming in and put together a very detailed plan to solve our water and foundation issues. If you are questioning the health of your foundation and/or have water coming in the basement I would highly recommend having foundation recovery systems come inspect your home.
