He also explained the difference in materials he plans to use with different parts of the job. The services they offered was above what others was offering even though their prices were a little higher.

We were quoted 2 days for repair and they were able to repair it in less than a full day and went above and beyond on replacing french drain that had to be removed to make way for the repairs. Excellent service!

We had an 800-square-foot walk-in crawl space that always smelled musty whenever it rained. Our finished basement also had high humidity, and we were constantly emptying a portable dehumidifier. We really wanted to use the crawl space for storage, but the dampness and smell made that impossible.After meeting with Shawn Lynge at Foundation Recovery Systems of Springfield Missouri, we finally had a plan that addressed the moisture problems in both the crawl space and the basement. They completely encapsulated the crawl space using high-quality materials and did an outstanding job. They insulated the block walls, installed a drainage mat, put down a heavy-duty 20-mil liner that runs across the floor and up the walls, and sealed everything up to keep moisture from getting in.They also installed a dehumidifier with its own drain line to the outside of the house. One of the things we really like is that it circulates dry, filtered air into our finished basement while pulling air back into the crawl space. It keeps both areas much more comfortable, and the unit is surprisingly quiet.The whole experience was great from start to finish. Shawn was great to work with during the estimate, and Bryce Erwin and William Oliphant kept everything on track during the installation. Both of them took the time to answer our questions, explain what they were doing, and make sure we were comfortable with the process. We never felt pressured, and it was obvious they cared about doing the job right.The finished result exceeded our expectations. Our crawl space is now clean, dry, and doesn't smell musty anymore. We can finally use it for storage without worrying about moisture or odors, and our basement humidity has improved too. We're very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Foundation Recovery Systems to anyone dealing with crawl space or basement moisture problems.

Had a foundation gutter system and pump installed, then unexpectedly had to put my house up for sale. My inspection was this morning, 11/5/24, after a crazy 36 hours of rain. 10 inches where I lived. The inspector came, basement was BONE DRY. Phenomenal system installed. And it took these guys a day to install it. On top of it all I was pleasantly surprised with the price, and the level of customer service was outstanding. Wholeheartedly recommend.

We were VERY impressed with the quality of the job that Foundation Recovery Systems did. From the very initial inspection (Brandon did an awesome job answering thousands of Qs we had!) to the actual execution of the job (Andy and the crew did a phenomenal job!), everyone was so helping, friendly and professional. And most importantly, we LOVE the outcome of the job. Things remain to be seen after big rainfalls, but we are now confident that sump pump, buried downspouts, and internal drains will work together to fight well against water in the basement. If you want the basement waterproofing job done professionally, quickly, cleanly, we highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!

I have been so pleased with Foundation Recovery Systems as a whole. Making an appointment was easy and they werent booked too far out, which was really nice. The inspector arrived on time and was very professional and friendly right from the beginning. Tyler Potter, our inspector, was seriously top notch. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to our concerns and then performed a very thorough inspection to give us a complete picture as to what we were looking at and how it might be addressed. Unfortunately, we will have to address other concerns before we can move forward on fixing our foundation but I would have no hesitation to give Tyler a call back when the time comes and I know it will be handled correctly and professionally.

The install by Andrew Brakefield, Andrew Morris and Shawn Kalin was very professional. The work site was clean and the final product was beautiful, neat and they explained how the system worked. 100% satisfied. The concrete has dried and the final city inspection will occur Tue. We'll done.

We had five piers installed last spring to stabilize our garage and family room. The only thing that we had to do was plant grass (they also planted grass seed before they left but I wanted to make sure it grew in thicker) and by summer ypu couldn't tell that anything had been done. They sent an inspector, Ryan Howard, back to our house today to make sure that the stabilization worked (it did). They will come back the next two years to check their work. We're very happy with the work they did and with their follow-up.

We have our driveway and sidewalk lifted by Foundation recovery systems. The entire process from meeting with Hunter to go over our options and pricing, to the actual driveway repair couldn't have gone any better. Hunter was very knowledgable and went to great lengths to walk us through the estimate and educate us on how the work would be done. Trent and Michael performed the repair and met our every expectation. They were professional and very concerned about the quality of their work. Trent asked for my input throughout the repair to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I highly recommended FRS and would definitely use them again.

Foundation Recovery Systems quickly resolved my issue with water ingress to my garage by professionally installing a system to redirect the water to keep it from entering my garage. Josh Eaton, Mason Tinney, and Lueck Wright performed the work quickly and politely, and expertly addressed all my concerns. I cannot praise this company and, especially Ed Macdonald, enough! Ed saved me from buying a house that would have cost me a fortune to fix up. He sent me a detailed report of the repairs that would have to be implemented, including tearing off the enclosed back porch which the owner had listed as a bedroom and porch. I would have ended up with a one bedroom house and $40,000 in foundation repairs. Thanks to Ed I bought a different house which I was sure needed no foundation repairs. Ed offered to come by and check it out. He spent 45 minutes measuring humidity levels in the basement, checking the foundation, and measuring the floors to see if they were level. It was off by 3/4" in the living room and explained what the owners must have done. This is a 100 year old house which I am fine with being a little off. He said the foundation had no problems! It is so refreshing to work with honest people. Ed was so personable and took his time to explain every detail of each house. I feel like I made a new friend. Thank you so much Ed!!!

We haven’t had our work completed so we will come back and address any concerns “if” we run into issues. What I can say is Doug Helfrich has really helped and educated us on the project we are taking underway. He came out quickly and was very prompt with a response/bid which was appreciated as we were under contract to sell the home. He even came out a second time when we wanted to get something else addressed as well. On a Sunday at that! He was very prompt with phone calls and text messages and while waiting for our project has kept in touch to keep us updated. My dad is a hvac guy and Doug reminds me so much of him. Educating us, taking the time for small talk, just letting us know it’s a not a huge project they could handle it and do it all the time. He made me feel like we were one of his kids the way he spoke with us and has taken care of us. We hope the install process goes as smoothly as the bid/project assessment.

Jeremy H. did a great job listening to our history and concerns. He left our home with an appointment scheduled for the work to be done and a full review of what to expect. Jeremy R. arrived yesterday (Dec 26th) with his crew (Travis & Demetri) and completed the job with perfection. Jeremy provided me a full review of the plan and jumped right in with his crew to finish the project. Hardwood floor protection was placed prior to any work beginning. Upon completion of the job, they vacuumed all traveled traffic areas. Jeremy R. is quite mindful of a homeowner's space and the importance of respecting this space. It was clear in his performance, as well as, the performance of his crew. We highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!

Absolutely outstanding work by Foundation Recovery Systems! I can't recommend them highly enough. From the initial inspection with Adam, who was incredibly thorough and explained everything clearly, to the completion of the project, I was consistently impressed. My basement wall was in terrible shape, leaning inward by almost six inches, lots of cracks, and the entire foundation needed significant repair and waterproofing. Jeremy, the crew lead, along with Kyler and Justin, faced unbelievably challenging conditions. They worked tirelessly through freezing temperatures, a brutal winter storm, and then the subsequent muddy mess from the thaw. Despite these obstacles, they remained professional, courteous, and dedicated to doing an exceptional job. The results are truly remarkable. My foundation is now solid and straightened, I couldn’t believe the difference from before. They waterproofed a portion of my basement that had significant water penetration and the new pump they installed is already helping a lot. They clearly knew what they were doing and took great pride in their work. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and they kept me informed every step of the way. If you need foundation repair or waterproofing, I absolutely recommend Foundation Recovery Systems. Their expertise, dedication, and ability to overcome extreme conditions are truly commendable. I had used FRS previously for some leveling of our drive and sidewalk.This time we had them install a steel beam and 3 support posts with jacking capability to level our badly sloping deck. The guys worked quickly and efficiently and finished by around noon. I was counting on this solution to be phase one of my plan to restore the deck to good working order. I am gratified that the crew achieved the objective perfectly.
