Jonathan came out and inspected our property, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to point out other issues that we just simply weren't aware of. We loved that he SHOWED us how he determined the extent of the problem rather than just spouting a bunch of numbers without proper context. We learned a lot about our home that day. He made us feel comfortable about addressing the issue, which was a relief because work like this on the home can be overwhelming and mentally exhausting. Turns out the solution was a simple fix, just four piers and that corner of the home was lifted back to level and now we can finally fix the drywall damaged by the foundation settling.

I had structural issues in my crawlspace, causing my bathroom floor to start slanting. Instead of taking a day or two as originally thought, these guys were in at 8 and out by 11. Corbin showed me afterward, pictures of what was done and answered all my questions. These guys were all very nice and worked hard! They get extra points for being so cool with my dogs and cats. Kevin Macdonald came out to examine the issues we were having with water leaking into our basement. He was outstanding and I am very grateful he was our field inspector. Kevin genuinely loves his job and is passionate about all the different factors that go into foundation and water problems, even explaining the geology of our home and what was surrounding the foundation. He is highly outgoing and took the time to break down everything from the technical process to resolve the issue, to why everything was priced the way it was. Kevin explained things other companies did not even touch on, such as what type of foundation we have (monolithic) and why that meant they would have to go a different route than most repairs on newer foundations. Once Kevin left, I felt more confident and educated to make a decision on whether to fix the issue or move a different direction, as we all know these repairs are not cheap. Thank you, Kevin! Highly recommend him to anyone needing a quote or inspection.

I live in townhouses that are older and while we are renting and had the foundation in our basement repaired. It was nothing we were looking forward to as we were told it would be a week long process by our owners and they came in on Monday, Josh Eaton, Chris Horton and Aaron Hernandez. They were very polite and very clean! They did an amazing job doing whatever needed done I just know my floor is smooth and it only took them 2.5 days!!! So quick! Great over all experience if we ever needed help with a house in the future going to be giving them a call!!! Also the amount of rock they had to carry up the stairs and equipment they don’t get paid ENOUGHHH! So much hard work!

Jared came out and gave us the inspection and he was very professional, covering all areas of our home. Jared is the reason we chose FRS to do the repair work on our foundation. I am more than pleased with the work done on my home foundation by the Foundation Recovery crew, Josh Eaton, Da Shawn Kendrix, and Lueck Wright. They were arrived when they said they would, explained in detail the work they were going to do, and did it in a very professional manner. And they finished the job in one day. This was not an easy job. They had to dig 3 holes that were 3' square by 6' deep in rocky soil to get to the bottom of the foundation. And they did this digging by hand ! Very professional crew and they deserve a lot of credit for their hard work. They are a real asset to the company.

Foundation recovery systems installed Aquastop basement gutter, triple sump pump and downspout extension with yard well, such nice work. It rained yesterday no rain in the basement. Very satisfied. The install by Andrew Brakefield, Andrew Morris and Shawn Kalin was very professional. The work site was clean and the final product was beautiful, neat and they explained how the system worked. 100% satisfied. The concrete has dried and the final city inspection will occur Tue. We'll done.

We called Foundation Recovery Systems when we suspected we had an issue with our slab foundation. Stephen Greek was our inspector and was able to fit us into his busy schedule. He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He talked to us through the process and when the inspection was completed. Stephen answered all our questions and concerns, and put our minds at ease. I appreciate a business that responds in a timely fashion, shows up when they say they will, and has excellent communication. Foundation Recovery Systems has all of that. From the initial consultation with Jeremy White to the actual repair, every step of the way, the technicians contacted me en route to give an arrival time, made sure I knew what work was being done and why, and afterwards, we walked through and they explained everything clearly. The repairs were executed professionally by Chris Meyer and Brandon Saunders. They were very careful to keep my house in order during the work, they used drop clothes, they swept up, hauled off construction materials, and the trench in the yard was dug in very tidy. They didn’t leave a pile of excavated soil or anything for me to clean up after. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. You get the quality you pay for.

I recently noticed a crack within my home and was obviously concerned on what the issue could be. After scheduling a appointment I was nervous about the potential findings. When I met my tech Ken Jordan he was very professional and asked several questions about my home. After doing the inspection I was on on pins and needles to find out what Ken uncovered. To my surprise, nothing of significance was found. Of course he could of made up a reason to have unnecessary work performed but was on the up and up and I couldn't have appreciated his honesty more.

I just watched Robert and Chase drive away after 6 days of facing a tremendously challenging and downright nasty crawl space repair – they tackled the job with a positive attitude and left this 105 year old home stable and ready to weather another century. The honest and open communication of the entire crew coupled with their demonstrated confidence and competence was all the reassurance I needed to know this job was done to the highest of standards and will stand the test of time. Thanks beyond measure to Lee J., Robert S., Chase M., Kaden D. and Tanner W. – you guys are absolute rock stars. I would recommend FRS – Moberly not only for their skill and steadfast work ethic, but also for their kindness, up-front honesty about what the job entails and their willingness to ensure the job is done right for the best future of your home. Photos: The first three photos will give you an idea what they had to endure. That last photo demonstrates the massive improvement – I’d *almost* be willing to go under there myself now! After a couple of pending plumbing repairs the encapsulation will be complete, but it’s now a safe and clean crawl space for work to continue on this old piece of history I call home.

Kevin MacDonald came to our home today because I noticed a couple of cracks above the doors. He explained what he was going to do before he started the inspection. After the inspection, he told us nothing needs to be done and possibly a follow up in the summer due to us being on a crawl space. We have insulation under the floor and just want to make sure we don’t get any mold. This gentleman could have tried selling us some sort of repair but was being honest with us. Having a person/ company that isn’t taking advantage of us is nice. We would recommend this company and Kevin MacDonald to anyone.
