Today I had the pleasure of working with Mia Fiore from Foundation Recovery Systems, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and approach. When Mia came out to inspect my property and provide an estimate for foundation repair, she was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly throughout the entire process. Her patience and understanding made what could have been a stressful experience much easier to navigate. There was a scheduling mix-up on my part, and I unintentionally booked Mia’s appointment at the exact same time as a competitor who was already on site. When Mia arrived, instead of making the situation uncomfortable for me or either party, she handled it with remarkable grace and professionalism. She kindly offered to come back a little later to allow the competitor to finish his inspection and presentation, which I truly appreciated. Mia’s professionalism, combined with her warm and approachable personality, made a lasting impression. Foundation Recovery Systems has saved my basement. We've had an extreme amount of rain, but ordinarily it would not have even take that much to make the basement leak. FRS nailed it. No leaks. Trevor, who did the annual basement inspection to make sure all is working properly was thorough, personable, and took the time to answer my questions. I'm a satisfied customer. I now feel like I can safely refinish the basement when needed.

So far, our experience with Foundation Recovery Systems has been superb. We contacted the company after seeing a picture in a ValPak that looked just like a problem in our home with a crack above a door. We were able to make a free inspection appointment easily online to take place 36 hours later. We received a call the day prior to validate a couple of things about the home and the morning of the appointment, Patrick not only called me to tell me he was on his way, but dropped a pin so I could track his arrival time. Communication leading up was good and only improved in our time spent with Patrick. In spite of a drizzly day, he spent all the time needed to conduct a thorough inspection, very patiently walked us through foundational issues that can arise, and answered all of our questions. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable representative to interact with and feel confident all future interactions with the company will be the same. Thank you, Patrick!!

Jonathan came to our home about a month ago to inspect our basement due to it being leaky when it rains. We tried everything in past from epoxy injections to drylock paints and nothing ever worked. The design that he came up with was the permanent solution we needed. What made us feel most comfortable about moving forward with this scope of work was the warranty foundation recovery systems puts on their waterproofing.

Adam was timely, professional, respectful, knowledgeable and very particular in performing the inspection and determined to arrive at the correct conclusion of any issues found. Mark and Donald Dykes were great. Good work and communication. The company however is very unprofessional. Every. Worker they sent out said that the previous worker did the install incorrectly. And then they charged me for the fixes. This is what I ended up with in the middle of my room. Styrofoam on the bottom, tape over the top. It’s huge!! I never would have paid in excess of 15,000$ if I had know that it would take over a year to finish the job and that this is the result.

We purchased a home and weren't aware of a basement leak that had happened over a 3 yr time period due to a broken pipe, because it wasn't on the property disclosure form that was given to us. So we called various places to find out who may have serviced it at that time in an attempt to learn more and if we needed to be concerned or not. We got lucky and discovered that FRS was the one that did the repairs and allayed the concerns that we had from not knowing the extent of the damage from that time. Kurt McKeown was very helpful, transferred the warranty to us, and sent out a technician to look at the sump pump we had to tell us more about it and the service history, as a courtesy to us. This was much appreciated. His name was Derrick Nickerson and he made sure that all was well, performed maintenance on it, and told us what we needed to know to be informed homeowners. His time, expertise, and insight was much appreciated. He has a pleasant way about him, is very knowledgeable, and very good at his job. There have been no further problems since the repair 5 years ago, so we're thankful they did a good job in fixing the problem. We definitely recommend them to others and will remember them in the future for any needs we may have. We seldom give 5 stars because nobody is perfect, but FRS was pretty close. Thank you FRS for helping us.

Starting with Preston originally, then Sergio's team, with Jay I believe and the guy who was with them on the second day (forgetting name) who was very knowledgeable as well on all parts of the job. This of course is the type of work you wish you did not have to do or pay for; but starting from the beginning I got a lot of confidence with the process, then the guys doing the work. Been skeptical about calling a larger company to inspect my home. Bigger company means more expensive. Cesar came recommend by a friend so I called him. Final price was fairly high and w ate figuring how to pay for the work without financing. Had others come with a cheaper option but did not have the expertise and thoroughness that Caeser showed. We decided was not about the cost but the value. As soon as we get our finances in order we will have FRS do the work. Thanks for the education

I reached out to Foundation Recovery Systems because of significant cracks along the left and back walls of my detached garage. I had already received two other quotes, but neither company provided much detail beyond telling me that piers or plates were needed to address the issue. Kyle B. truly went above and beyond. He took thorough measurements, tested the soundness of the concrete pad, and took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. He answered every question I had and was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. When Foundation Recovery Systems says they are transparent, they genuinely mean it. I feel confident moving forward with this project and can’t wait to have my garage stabilized so I can use the walls without worrying about the cracks getting worse. I’ll update this review once the work is completed, but so far I’m extremely happy with my decision to choose Foundation Recovery Systems over their competitors. Thanks again, Kyle B.!

I was so impressed with his knowledge and how well he explained things because this was new to me. Hunter took his time to look at the cracks and how uneven my driveway was. It wasn't aesthetically pleasing to me, and Huntrer assured me that his company has strong track records of satisfied customers. He also took time to discuss the warranty and the backing of another company. Saw a FB ad and clicked the link. My drive wat was cracking and sinking. Consequently one side of my garage was sinking and cracking our facade. A very nice and professional Man came out took some quick measurements and gave me a run down of what all was wrong. Gave me a few options. I did not want to take a chance on not doing the garage or the driveway so we did both. We used their financing and it made it really easy. We caught ours earlyish on not too much integrity loss in either. It was not as expensive as what I looked up on the internet. Work was done very quickly first the pillars for the house then the foam stuff for the driveway. Came out way better than expected. 10 out of 10 highly recommended if you need repairs.

We recently had Foundation Recovery Systems out to fix our foundation. I wanted to express how impressed we were with the whole process. We had a few bids, one in which the company stated they would need almost three weeks to to finish the work. Not only did Foundation Recovery Systems fix our issue but they did it in a day and a half at almost half the price of the other bids we had received. I want to make sure that the gentlemen who did the work get the recognition they deserve as well because they were all phenomenal. The inspector who came to visit us was Hunter Herbst. I explained to him what we were needing, told him of the other bids and the proposals we had received. He did not try to up sell me, was not pushy in any way and put together a plan that best fit what we needed. The three gentlemen who came out to do this back breaking work were Greg Harvey, Dillon Sults-Evans and Josh Cummings. All three were highly professional. They worked fast and efficient and when they left, beyond the work they completed, you couldn't even tell they were there. Our basement was spotless. They also have pretty good taste in music as well. I could not recommend this company higher, if you are needing foundation repair make sure to reach out to them.

Foundation recovery came out almost 2 years ago and installed a subpump and what was needed to block the rain water from entering our new home. I've waited to review the company until now only due to wanting the pump to work and perform its job. We have been 100% satisfied with Nick Mata (tech who drew up the system, while on site) and the workers. We can now rebuild the downstairs and actually enjoy the space for our children. They were not the lowest bid we received for the work nor the most expensive. But with a 100% lifetime warranty and super simple financing they were the best choice. And I'm very confident Nick Mata is the tech you want to request to map out your home when the work is needed. God bless you guys at Foundation recovery. You've saved our home for many years to come!!!
