Jonathan came to our home about a month ago to inspect our basement due to it being leaky when it rains. We tried everything in past from epoxy injections to drylock paints and nothing ever worked. The design that he came up with was the permanent solution we needed. What made us feel most comfortable about moving forward with this scope of work was the warranty foundation recovery systems puts on their waterproofing.

I had a very positive experience with Foundation Recovery Systems. Foundation repair is a big investment and can cause anxiety, but Stephen, Camden and Dawson make it a doable worthwhile adventure. Stephen helps set up financial means, assesses the problems, and rolls up his sleeves to make it work. Camden and Dawson do the heavy lifting and explain everything along the way. They are a great team! They never leave you hanging: they respond to calls right away, answer all questions, and reassure anxious home owners. They were able to stay within the original price estimate. I really love these guys!

Absolutely outstanding work by Foundation Recovery Systems! I can't recommend them highly enough. From the initial inspection with Adam, who was incredibly thorough and explained everything clearly, to the completion of the project, I was consistently impressed. My basement wall was in terrible shape, leaning inward by almost six inches, lots of cracks, and the entire foundation needed significant repair and waterproofing. Jeremy, the crew lead, along with Kyler and Justin, faced unbelievably challenging conditions. They worked tirelessly through freezing temperatures, a brutal winter storm, and then the subsequent muddy mess from the thaw. Despite these obstacles, they remained professional, courteous, and dedicated to doing an exceptional job. The results are truly remarkable. My foundation is now solid and straightened, I couldn’t believe the difference from before. They waterproofed a portion of my basement that had significant water penetration and the new pump they installed is already helping a lot. They clearly knew what they were doing and took great pride in their work. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and they kept me informed every step of the way. If you need foundation repair or waterproofing, I absolutely recommend Foundation Recovery Systems. Their expertise, dedication, and ability to overcome extreme conditions are truly commendable. Five stars!

We had a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems from start to finish. Chet came out for a consultation within just a few days of our call. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. After meeting with him, we scheduled the concrete work and everything went smoothly from there. On the day of the job, they called about a half hour before arriving and showed up right on time. Anthony and Corey did an excellent job. They were very particular about their work, explained everything clearly, and even took the time to educate us while we watched the process. They were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. In today’s world, it sometimes feels like customer service and personal relationships are becoming a thing of the past, but this company truly still values their customers and takes pride in building those relationships. That really stood out to us throughout the entire experience. The finished work looks amazing, and we would highly recommend this company to anyone needing concrete work done!

We had the pleasure of meeting with Chris for initial consultation. We cannot say enough about how great the experience was! He was communicative the day of the appointment, prompt, knowledgeable, and was straightforward about what issues he saw right off the bat as well as what kind of price point we could expect. We were given multiple options and there was never any pressure to make a decision. On top of that, there was never a moment where it felt like we were being upsold or given an inflated price. He took the time to go over what the process for the work would look like and what we could expect after. I would work with Chris again in an instant and can’t recommend him enough. Foundation repair can feel like a scary concept but we felt we were in good hands the entire experience.

We needed our front stoop lifted and tilted back away from the house. Mike and Isaiah took care of the stoop in around an hour, leaving it at the right level and pitch. They took care of our plantings, trimmed the foam nicely and left the site clean. Thanks!

Ethan Longbine just left here. He is a Service Technician with FRS. He did a great job taking care of a leaky pipe running from my furnace to the sump pit. He also was very helpful in wiping up some water/mildew area's after sealing the pipe. I have to say that FRS customer service is stellar, and I would recommend them to anybody. They are not cheap, but sometimes quality costs. And it is especially good to know how they treat previous customers like me. Because that is what makes "return customers"! We can’t say enough good things about this company. First, I’d like to start off with how Ed Macdonald (salesman) handled selling to us their product and plan. He took the time to answer all questions and concerns. He was professional but still personable. He gave us a timeline of what to expect and all came out as planned. Second, I’d like to thank Daryn Holder (foreman) for a job well done. He was able to lift our patios (front and back) though we had our doubts. He was thorough in explaining what he would be doing and gave periodic updates as he continued to work. He even asked if we were satisfied, which most companies do not bother to take the time to ask, they just take their payment and move on. Although our job took longer than planned or scheduled for, Daryn did not show he was frustrated, he was determined to ensure the job was completed to the best of his abilities. So thankful we found this company and had the opportunity to work with these two outstanding gentlemen.

Mark and Donald Dykes were great. Good work and communication. The company however is very unprofessional. Every. Worker they sent out said that the previous worker did the install incorrectly. And then they charged me for the fixes. This is what I ended up with in the middle of my room. Styrofoam on the bottom, tape over the top. It’s huge!! I never would have paid in excess of 15,000$ if I had know that it would take over a year to finish the job and that this is the result.

I was pretty concerned about some support beams failing in my basement so I had FRS Inspector Jason Sheppard out. I have a lot of projects planned for my property but knew that if the basement supports fail none of the rest of my work would matter. He met with me, explained exactly what he would be doing and how, then set to work. A short few hours later we sat and discussed all of my options and I chose to move forward with the project Jason recommended. I felt very comfortable asking questions and discussing the plan with Jason and his expertise in his work was evident. 10/10 experience.
