I had the best experience working with Michael Drebes on our driveway and front porch concrete repair. We needed poly renewal injections to lift and stabilize sinking sections, and Michael Drebes explained the entire process clearly from start to finish. He walked us through what was happening under the concrete, why it was settling, and how the injections would permanently address the issue. The results were incredible. Our driveway is level again, the front porch feels solid and safe, and everything looks clean and professionally finished. The work was efficient, minimally invasive, and completed exactly as promised. If you’re dealing with uneven concrete or sinking slabs, I highly recommend Michael Drebes he is Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Mia Fiore from Foundation Recovery Systems, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and approach. When Mia came out to inspect my property and provide an estimate for foundation repair, she was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly throughout the entire process. Her patience and understanding made what could have been a stressful experience much easier to navigate. There was a scheduling mix-up on my part, and I unintentionally booked Mia’s appointment at the exact same time as a competitor who was already on site. When Mia arrived, instead of making the situation uncomfortable for me or either party, she handled it with remarkable grace and professionalism. She kindly offered to come back a little later to allow the competitor to finish his inspection and presentation, which I truly appreciated. Mia’s professionalism, combined with her warm and approachable personality, made a lasting impression. Because of her outstanding conduct and expertise, I had no hesitation in choosing Foundation Recovery Systems for my foundation repair needs. I had a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and especially with their Field Inspector, Ken Jordan. Ken was super thorough when inspecting my house, and he really took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be fixed. What I appreciated the most was that he didn’t try to upsell me or push for anything unnecessary—just honest, straightforward recommendations. You can tell Ken knows his stuff, and he was professional while still being easy to talk to. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. If you’re dealing with foundation issues and want someone who’s knowledgeable and trustworthy, ask for Ken Jordan. Highly recommend!

The crew Joseph Woodiel, Chance Spratley, and Andre Stuart were spot on in their communication and professionalism. Cj Schlater, Kyler Berry, and Ryan Redington did and excellent job on my house! It wasn’t the biggest foundation repair in the world but they were still in and out within 3 business days. The foreman Cj was very respectful and kept me updated on where they were at during the process which I appreciated. They lifted the addition and one side of my garage then checked their work very thoroughly. It had snowed a couple days before they started and even with how muddy it was I was pleased with the clean up. Great group of workers and a great company to do business with overall!

I just want to say thank you. We looked into several other companies before calling Foundation Recovery Systems. I was hesitant to call a company so far away from us but we were in a time crunch to get our foundation fixed before it caused further issues. In times like these it is hard to find a company who is so responsive. Two Gentleman drove over 2 hours to our jobsite to complete a foundation issue for us. Brett the foreman and his right handman Gary were so helpful. They took time to answer our questions, to go over what they were doing, and to show us the process. They were so kind to our two small kids and even explained what they were doing to them. I want to say thank you for these two men for all of their hard work in the freezing cold temps the other day and all the wind today. They were professional and very kind and never complained. Thank you Brett and Gary I appreciate all that you have done and how you fixed our foundation and as my kids would say (Their playroom is no longer sliding). Thank you so much for doing a good job and for taking care of the jobsite as if it was your own home!Amanda

I found them by a quick google search but of course reading the reviews I decided to go with their service. I was first contacted by Peter Sirna who was the sales associate who helped schedule everything and answer every question we had. When I say every question he did, even a text on the weekend he was quick to respond. The crew came out on the day that promised and there were a couple of issues. They immediately brought them to our attention and they broke down how to solve the issue promptly. The crew ran by Joel, Trayvon, and Coleman were awesome. They got here early and stayed late if they had to. If you have any doubts on which company to use I would highly recommend them, they are extremely professional, cleaned up afterwards, and will even come back in the future to make sure that all the work they did was done correctly. Lifetime warranty is a cherry on top. Wouldn’t be the sharpest knife if you went with someone else.

Bryce and Eli did an amazing job with fixing the entryways and driveways. They exceeded our expectations, working hard and very meticulous. Timber Shelton our field inspector was at our home this morning. I really need to express how professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable Tim is in his field of work. He thoroughly inspected and answered each one of my questions with perfect answers to my problems. We talked about several scenarios of how to fix my water problem in my finished basement. The original inspection time was supposed to only be 90 minutes but Tim took the extra time to fill my needs with all my questions and solutions. He stayed for approximately 3 hours to help us with our decision with absolutely no sales pressure. Tim has an outstanding personality and truly a professional. Needless to say we came up with a solution and I signed a contract with him to complete the work. I had just renovated my basement after thinking that I had taken care of any water issues, but after another bout of heavy rain it was clear I had not fixed the issue. Joe was so helpful and kind during our consultation. He was with me every step of the way as I prepared the basement for installation and made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. My foreman Greg and his crew, Andy, co-foreman and installer Cody were so communicative during the entire installation process, sending pictures and took the time to ensure that the rest of my house was taken care of. He gave suggestions upon inspection of the outside of the house but never said we needed service from them. Kevin MacDonald came to our home today because I noticed a couple of cracks above the doors. He explained what he was going to do before he started the inspection. After the inspection, he told us nothing needs to be done and possibly a follow up in the summer due to us being on a crawl space. We have insulation under the floor and just want to make sure we don’t get any mold. This gentleman could have tried selling us some sort of repair but was being honest with us. Having a person/ company that isn’t taking advantage of us is nice. We would recommend this company and Kevin MacDonald to anyone.
