He did an excellent job with giving me all the information I needed to allow me to make an informed decision. He did not pressure me to do anything. It was my decission. He explained the different methods and systems used to level my porch, sidewalk and driveway. In my opinion, he is a keeper. If the contractor is as good as he is, I will advertise for them.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Foundation Recovery Systems! I had just renovated my basement after thinking that I had taken care of any water issues, but after another bout of heavy rain it was clear I had not fixed the issue. Joe was so helpful and kind during our consultation. He was with me every step of the way as I prepared the basement for installation and made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. My foreman Greg and his crew, Andy, co-foreman and installer Cody were so communicative during the entire installation process, sending pictures and took the time to ensure that the rest of my house was taken care of. I truly felt like I was a valued customer and that I was receiving individual attention from each of the employees that I encountered at Foundation Recovery Systems. Their knowledge and expertise in combination with their customer service is unmatched!

Plumber fixed the leak then Foundation Recovery Systems came out and installed a triple sump system, permanent dehumidifier, fully encapsulated the crawlspace and added 3 steel beams to ensure the house doesn't sag overtime. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. Wayne and his team (led by Jordan) made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They even came back out to make some adjustments per my request at no additional cost.

Excellent experience with FRS! Forman Mike Williams & his crew, Co Forman, Kanen Carlson & Installer, Gavin Bonar finished my foundation project ahead of schedule! I was nervous about this project but my nerves were eased right away. They were all very informative and explained to me what they were doing. All were very approachable with all my questions. They worked hard and knew their stuff. Mike took extra care with excavating and even avoided 2 little hostas i hadnt been able to dig up & move. Chet, the Inspector was excellent as well. Great crew & great company!

This outfit was the most forthcoming with info and costs I have worked with in years. The communication was outstanding – thus keeping anxiety lower than a big project usually generates. I appreciate a business that responds in a timely fashion, shows up when they say they will, and has excellent communication. Foundation Recovery Systems has all of that. From the initial consultation with Jeremy White to the actual repair, every step of the way, the technicians contacted me en route to give an arrival time, made sure I knew what work was being done and why, and afterwards, we walked through and they explained everything clearly. The repairs were executed professionally by Chris Meyer and Brandon Saunders. They were very careful to keep my house in order during the work, they used drop clothes, they swept up, hauled off construction materials, and the trench in the yard was dug in very tidy. They didn’t leave a pile of excavated soil or anything for me to clean up after. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. You get the quality you pay for.

Jonathan Cossey did an outstanding job on the annual maintenance / inspection. He took tons of photos of not only the crawlspace but also key areas outside. With the photos he clearly showed us areas that had no issues and others that might be a potential issue down the road. Overall helps with planning finances down the road for possible repairs.

They all take their jobs seriously and stand proudly behind their customer service!! Shaun was thorough and efficient and very friendly!! I live in townhouses that are older and while we are renting and had the foundation in our basement repaired. It was nothing we were looking forward to as we were told it would be a week long process by our owners and they came in on Monday, Josh Eaton, Chris Horton and Aaron Hernandez. They were very polite and very clean! They did an amazing job doing whatever needed done I just know my floor is smooth and it only took them 2.5 days!!! So quick! Great over all experience if we ever needed help with a house in the future going to be giving them a call!!! Also the amount of rock they had to carry up the stairs and equipment they don’t get paid ENOUGHHH! So much hard work!

They went out of their way to answer any questions and keep me informed of the status of the progress of the job. . They were very courteous, worked long hours and did a fantastic job!! Very happy with the end result. Would highly recommend them. Can't thank Devin, Adam, Zach, Cody enough for all your hard work!!
