We hired FRS to correct water seepage issues in our storm room and to add piers under one side of our house. Shawn explained the problems and solutions very well. Our crew came from Springfield MO, so had a 6 hour commute each day. They completed our project in 3-4 days. The team was led by James and Joseph. All work was excellent right thru cleanup. Excellent job guys!

Kyle Craig and Justin came out to check my mother-in-laws basement foundation. The guys were are really respectful and explained everything very thoroughly and gave us options on what they could do. They also brought attention to other things but made sure to let us know that they were not experts in those categories but have seen it over the years of work they did and knew the signs of certain things. Overall they brought great knowledge and insights of anything and everything they could do. Would highly recommend them for any of your foundation needs.

I called FRS to inquire about weatherproofing my crawlspace, and met with Kyle W. who worked with me on splitting up an encapsulation project to make it more affordable for my budget.Tyler S. and his team of Derrick P. and Leuck W. came out and worked well past sundown to get the bulk of the trenching and sump project done. The team was professional and kept on their tasks throughout the day.Not wanting to rush things in the dark, Tyler scheduled a follow up appointment to finish some of the finer details with another crew of Mason H. and Walker F. This team was equally professional and put the finishing touches on the new access door for the crawlspace.I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed, and I look forward to contacting them again to finish the second part of the project.

Foundation recovery systems installed Aquastop basement gutter, triple sump pump and downspout extension with yard well, such nice work. It rained yesterday no rain in the basement. Very satisfied. The install by Andrew Brakefield, Andrew Morris and Shawn Kalin was very professional. The work site was clean and the final product was beautiful, neat and they explained how the system worked. 100% satisfied. The concrete has dried and the final city inspection will occur Tue. We'll done.

Corbin took the lead with his team of CJ and Austin. They were the friendliest, cleanest, most knowledgeable and hard working guys I've ever had doing work in my home. I had structural issues in my crawlspace, causing my bathroom floor to start slanting. Instead of taking a day or two as originally thought, these guys were in at 8 and out by 11. Corbin showed me afterward, pictures of what was done and answered all my questions. These guys were all very nice and worked hard! They get extra points for being so cool with my dogs and cats. Great crew, great work.

I have never given a review before, but after hiring Foundation Recovery Systems to rise my garage floor I was highly motivated to do so.The process started with Travis who came out to look at my garage floor and give me an assessment and quote. Travis is very friendly, professional, and educated me on my different options to fix my problem. After discussing my options with Travis I decided to purchase a poly-lift for my garage floor. Foundation Recovery's bid came in the middle of the 3 bids that I received, but I chose them because their warranty far exceeded the other 2 contractors, 5 years vs 2 years. But I also chose them because of Travis, just like working with him.On Dec 1st, Jeremiah and Jake came out to do the lift. They showed up on time and where also very friendly and professional. We discussed a few of my concerns and then they got to work. Took them about 3 hours to complete the work and afterwards they informed me of 2 other issues to keep an eye on, no footings under my garage posts and a foundation wall that may be moving. They also explained to me how to monitor both situations.Last thing, when Travis gave me the bid, he explained that the bid was good no matter how much material use. The other 2 contractors both stated that there would be additional fees if they exceed the amount of poly they estimated. I am so glad the I went with Foundation Recovery Systems, because Jeremiah & Jake reported to me when they finished that they used a lot more poly then they anticipated.Needless to say, if I ever need any sort of foundation work in the future I will be calling Foundation Recovery Systems. They not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. Thank you, guys!

Bought a house that had a foot of standing water underneath due to a leaking spigot. Plumber fixed the leak then Foundation Recovery Systems came out and installed a triple sump system, permanent dehumidifier, fully encapsulated the crawlspace and added 3 steel beams to ensure the house doesn't sag overtime. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. Wayne and his team (led by Jordan) made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They even came back out to make some adjustments per my request at no additional cost.

He showed me how they can keep it that way for years to come by installing various drainage options, subterraneous pumps, vapor barriers & even dehumidifiers. Although I ultimately chose not to move forward with them, Bradley Cooper (even though he was not the real actor) was thorough and professional. From the folks I spoke with in the office to Jeremy H. who came out to do the inspection to the crew who did the work, everyone was friendly and professional. I received several emails and texts leading up to the appointments, preparing me for what to expect, as well as phone calls the mornings of the work to let me know the crew was on their way and when they'd arrive. After the inspection, I was given options about the repairs, and it was all clearly explained. A few weeks after the inspection, I had several piers installed around my foundation. For two days, Brandon C., Dylan E., and Darrion R. worked so hard and communicated in a clear and friendly manner with me as I pestered them with questions. FRS really made repairing my foundation as painless a process as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

We are constantly recommending Foundation Recovery Systems to our friends—primarily because of how great Shae Weber is. He just brings an extra level of care to the project. He has a sharp eye for detail and really knows his stuff. We did foundation work on one well and waterproofing with a sump pump. Shae was so great at coordinating the team, communicating with us, and making sure the work was top-notch. There was one hiccup in the project, and Shae made sure to come back out and fix it himself when the team was busy. He really went above and beyond. When it came to do another wall, we made sure to call and ensure we had Shae involved in the job. When our friends have mentioned needing foundation repair or waterproofing, we always recommend FRS. But if Shae went anywhere else, we would follow him.

I was having trouble with a door sticking and cracking around internal doorways. Dustin from foundation recovery systems was recommended to me by the people remodeling my home. Dustin came out and took readings and explained the plan to remediate the sinking causing the issues. Will and his crew showed up a couple of weeks later. The FRS Team from start to finish has been a top tier team. Terry Bentz got us started with his annual review of a past project and a the evaluation of past measures. He set the stage for both a pier project and a poly project. We had to be prepared for a week of work. Landen’s crew came in and got the piers installed with professionalism and enthusiasm. Landen was great at communicating daily work efforts and the status of work. He also took the time to introduce us to his team giving credit for their hard work. Jeremiah and Jake followed on the heals of the pier work with poly work in both our garage and basement. This duo completed their part of the project ahead of time. So planned one week project finished in four days! Listen carefully to the engineer lead so you are ready for the FRS team and for the follow up you will need to do. We recommend their work and the quality of their follow ups. Thanks once again to Terry, Jeremiah, Jake and Landen with his super crew!

Foundation Recovery Systems installed 11 helical piers on the sinking addition to our house. First, our inspector/estimator, Tanner, was very informative, listened well to our concerns, and was easy to communicate with. After work was completed, Tanner followed up with a phone call to make sure we were pleased with the crew's work. Our crew foreman, Jon, and the rest of the crew were very professional and very hard working. Jon communicated with me clearly about what they were doing and why each step of the way. He also kept me informed of obstacles they encountered and how they were solving them. The crew accidentally damaged some window trim and an exterior door threshold, but Jon told me immediately about it and the company has reimbursed us every penny for repairs. The crew completed their work and we are so happy we hired FRS!

The foundation on my slab home sunk 2 1/4 inches causing large cracks in the walls ect. The engineer Joe from FRS explained throughly what happened to my home and what it would take to fix it. He answered all my questions and and never pressured me to do anything. Nate and his crew Brian, Josh and Jaeden came out to fix my foundation on a freezing cold December day. They went beyond and above by clearing out the workspace. They spent 2 days fixing my foundation. Then they came back twice this spring to restore the concrete patio and rock bed. They put my raised gardens back. Nate and his crew were amazing. They were also the nicest, politest young men. Nate took took his time explaining the process to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Tyler M. arrived on time for a free inspection of my basement foundation issue. He was kind, and professional and a good listener to my story about what happened in my basement and how it happened. Tyler M. explained the 3 options that I have to keep water from coming into my basement from storms. He also went out of his way to make some calls on my behalf to find other companies to help me resolve my other basement issues. I highly recommend Tyler M. He has very good problem solving skills.
