He was very ethical and suggested a deck builder would better be able to fix our sagging rock piers than his company as the supports we’re not constructed correctly in the first place. They were very professional and respectful while working in my home, very knowledgeable crew with great all around service! The GM on the other hand could use some training on effective communication with perspective customers. It’s about more than gaining the sale, which is something important to just remember in life in general.

He was cordial while here, offering to wear white booties in the house over his shoes and very polite. Thorough! Doryan inspected my basement and wrote my contract. He explained everything involved and kept in contact with me, letting me know when the work would start. Alec was in charge of my contract work and he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He called letting me know what time they would be there each day and kept me up to date on the progress throughout the day. He explained in detail everything they were doing and what to expect. Ryan and Xander were on the crew with Alec. All three were very kind and respectful and did a great quality job.

Jarad Estes came out to my house and after doing a thorough inspection of my property he showed me everything that was needing repair and and was very informative about everything that was needed to be done, within minutes he gave me a detailed estimate and quote for the job. As a first time home buyer , I was nervous about repairs to the foundation , but Jarad reinsured me that I was in good hand and foundation recovery was the way to go. And also the Forman Willam have lie kept me up to date every step of the way during the installation. Thanks to foundation recovery my leak has stoped and I have no water in my house.

I reached out to Foundation Recovery Systems because of significant cracks along the left and back walls of my detached garage. I had already received two other quotes, but neither company provided much detail beyond telling me that piers or plates were needed to address the issue. Kyle B. truly went above and beyond. He took thorough measurements, tested the soundness of the concrete pad, and took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. He answered every question I had and was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. When Foundation Recovery Systems says they are transparent, they genuinely mean it. I feel confident moving forward with this project and can’t wait to have my garage stabilized so I can use the walls without worrying about the cracks getting worse. I’ll update this review once the work is completed, but so far I’m extremely happy with my decision to choose Foundation Recovery Systems over their competitors. Thanks again, Kyle B.!

I was pretty concerned about some support beams failing in my basement so I had FRS Inspector Jason Sheppard out. I have a lot of projects planned for my property but knew that if the basement supports fail none of the rest of my work would matter. He met with me, explained exactly what he would be doing and how, then set to work. A short few hours later we sat and discussed all of my options and I chose to move forward with the project Jason recommended. I felt very comfortable asking questions and discussing the plan with Jason and his expertise in his work was evident. 10/10 experience.

Timber Shelton our field inspector was at our home this morning. I really need to express how professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable Tim is in his field of work. He thoroughly inspected and answered each one of my questions with perfect answers to my problems. We talked about several scenarios of how to fix my water problem in my finished basement. The original inspection time was supposed to only be 90 minutes but Tim took the extra time to fill my needs with all my questions and solutions. He stayed for approximately 3 hours to help us with our decision with absolutely no sales pressure. Tim has an outstanding personality and truly a professional. Needless to say we came up with a solution and I signed a contract with him to complete the work. We have our driveway and sidewalk lifted by Foundation recovery systems. The entire process from meeting with Hunter to go over our options and pricing, to the actual driveway repair couldn't have gone any better. Hunter was very knowledgable and went to great lengths to walk us through the estimate and educate us on how the work would be done. Trent and Michael performed the repair and met our every expectation. They were professional and very concerned about the quality of their work. Trent asked for my input throughout the repair to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I highly recommended FRS and would definitely use them again.

Thanks to Foundation Recovery systems my crawl space is transformed from something I was ashamed of to a dry ,clean, and smell free area that I can actually use to store things in , the foam insulation is a must have as keeps walls warm and reducing our heating and cooling bills lower.the entire crawl space was encapsulated and dehumidification Their staff was informative and very knowledgeable from the inspection to finished product, thanks to my team sales ,Steve Greek and my super installers Matt, Jonny and Marlen who performed a professional and great job , I highly recommend these folks , thanks again

This is the second time I've used this company. This time was for crawlspace encapsulation including a pump and a dehumidifier. There was a lot of junk under my house that I wasn't aware of that John Murphey and Robert Marquez pulled out. When that week was done, they didn't leave anything in the yard. I crawled around under the house and found the job to be incredibly well done. Everything is sealed up and under control. Robert and Francisco Munoz were just here connecting the pump and plumbing the discharge pipes. Looks clean and well done.

These gentleman were very thorough explaining when they would be arriving, went over the work they would be doing, communicated any issues that came up and resolved them immediately then went over all of the work they completed before they left. They were very kind and thoughtful and cleaned up as much as they could afterwards (which was pretty darn good). I would definitely recommend this company and this install crew out of Bloomington!!

I live in townhouses that are older and while we are renting and had the foundation in our basement repaired. It was nothing we were looking forward to as we were told it would be a week long process by our owners and they came in on Monday, Josh Eaton, Chris Horton and Aaron Hernandez. They were very polite and very clean! They did an amazing job doing whatever needed done I just know my floor is smooth and it only took them 2.5 days!!! So quick! Great over all experience if we ever needed help with a house in the future going to be giving them a call!!! Also the amount of rock they had to carry up the stairs and equipment they don’t get paid ENOUGHHH! So much hard work!

Elliot arrived on time and was easy to talk to and understand. He went right to work checking out my crawl space on a freezing cold day. When he was done he shared his findings with me and drew up a foot print of the house and the work he recommended. It was all well explained and understandable me. He also gave me a quote for the work. It took about 2-3 hours and I'm confident he did a quality job.

Michael Macdonald did a great job inspecting, mapping, photographing, and explaining what was going wrong and work needing to be done to correct the problem with my main beam. He was able to measure to determine if they would be able to do the work from the crawlspace or would have to go through a floor. Fortunately, they have enough access in the crawlspace. We were both very happy about that. He was personable, liked dogs, and had a good sense of humor. His explanations regarding warranties and rechecking alleviated my concerns going forward.

FRS called to schedule an appointment as soon as I emailed out about the problem. Within 3 business days they were able to send David Palmer II out to take a look. David was friendly, professional, and found the solution right away. I would highly recommend FRS for your waterproofing needs.

We recently had Foundation Recovery Systems out to fix our foundation. I wanted to express how impressed we were with the whole process. We had a few bids, one in which the company stated they would need almost three weeks to to finish the work. Not only did Foundation Recovery Systems fix our issue but they did it in a day and a half at almost half the price of the other bids we had received. I want to make sure that the gentlemen who did the work get the recognition they deserve as well because they were all phenomenal. The inspector who came to visit us was Hunter Herbst. I explained to him what we were needing, told him of the other bids and the proposals we had received. He did not try to up sell me, was not pushy in any way and put together a plan that best fit what we needed. The three gentlemen who came out to do this back breaking work were Greg Harvey, Dillon Sults-Evans and Josh Cummings. All three were highly professional. They worked fast and efficient and when they left, beyond the work they completed, you couldn't even tell they were there. Our basement was spotless. They also have pretty good taste in music as well. I could not recommend this company higher, if you are needing foundation repair make sure to reach out to them.
