We had our basement waterproofed a few years ago by Foundation Recovery Systems and have been very satisfied with the results. Recently, our sub pump battery was alerting us of an issue. FRS called to schedule an appointment as soon as I emailed out about the problem. Within 3 business days they were able to send David Palmer II out to take a look. David was friendly, professional, and found the solution right away. I would highly recommend FRS for your waterproofing needs.

Mike and Isaiah did an absolutely outstanding job leveling my driveway! Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident from start to finish. Mike took the time to thoroughly communicate each step of the process, ensuring I understood everything along the way. What truly set them apart was their unwavering commitment—even in the face of a tornado watch! Despite my offer to have him return on another day, he insisted on pushing forward to complete the job with precision and care. Their work ethic and determination are truly commendable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier service!

I had an awesome relationship with Foundation Recovery in the repair/waterproofing/stabilizing of my basement/home!! From the beginning, Doug Y with the home inspection & suggested work to be done to Becky & Neeley for scheduling everything to the actual work done by Cory B, Dakota R, Gaige L & Daryn H they were professional, personable, patient, effective & efficient in all they did for me!! I had at least a million questions for them throughout the entire process & they always acted as if they had all the time in the world & answered them all for me! They finished ahead of schedule & did a super job of cleaning up afterwards. I have to mention that not once with all of the demolition work to my old moldy walls, ground work & such did I ever hear a “discouraging word”. Their language was always respectful & clean!! Not something you get these days!!! I’m very proud to highly recommend Foundation Recovery for any & all of your concrete, home or basement needs!!

Adam came to our home to inspect potential foundation repairs and was extremely thorough, honest and knowledgeable. I have a much better understanding of what is happening with our home and although repairs are not urgent at this time I have more peace of mind and knowledge about any future repairs that may need to take place. I cannot speak to the work that FRS does but in terms of a representative that will come to diagnose issues with your home, Adam is second to none.

More than anything I want to highly commend and acknowledge Marc McGuire for his exemplary service with Foundation Recovery Systems Springfield. He has done my annual service maintenance in my home’s encapsulated crawlspace for the past few years and I just want to tell you again that he is the best!! I cannot even imagine anyone else being as professional, reliable, honest, sincere, dependable, and trustworthy than Marc. He’s courteous, observant and such a delight to talk with, and he addresses and goes over everything. Don’t let him get away. That man needs a bonus or something. Please make sure he knows how much he is appreciated! Thank you Marc!! Chris Naylor

I've been experiencing water in my basement for some time. I contacted Foundation Recovery in regards to my issues. Brian Gertler came out and went over the process of the system and how it works. In turn, Tyler Sears came out to install the system and explain how it works and what to expect. I'm very pleased at this point. In my area the last couple days we've had rain. Last night (3-27-25) we had significant rain. I checked my basement this morning and I'm very pleased to see the system worked. No more worries. Good Investment. A Shout out to Brian and Tyler on work well done! I appreciate your business as well as your great TeamWork.

Had to get my basement pulled back out because it was leaning inward a couple inches. Jeremy R., Luca B., & Phillips B. were such an awesome crew. They were all so kind and explained everything they were doing. They got the wall straightened perfectly, cleaned up nicely after themselves, and are suppose to come back and finish the yard after the dirt settles. Other than the yard being on hold to finish, the job got done nicely! Not sure about other crews but I would recommend this crew!

When your foundation springs a leak, it makes for a horrible reason to meet new people. But it was a pleasure to work with everyone on the team. From Adam coming and inspecting an educating me on your system. Talk about thorough, courteous, and very professional. To Landon and his team getting to work right away. What a great group of people. Well mannered and educated on there job. No hesitation when answering any question. Not to mention professional and costumer service second to none. They were in and out in the time that was projected. They were very easy to work with. Unfortunately foundation work isn't cheap. But with the finish product, customer care and professionalism I do believe I did get my money's worth. But to be honest the first big rain will be the ultimate test. I will update as soon as we have one. But as of now no regrets in hiring this wonderful group of people. Thank you guys for making a bad experience tolerable. No 5 stars , because that's perfection. And Noone is perfect. But definitely 4.7 stars.

We have our driveway and sidewalk lifted by Foundation recovery systems. The entire process from meeting with Hunter to go over our options and pricing, to the actual driveway repair couldn't have gone any better. Hunter was very knowledgable and went to great lengths to walk us through the estimate and educate us on how the work would be done. Trent and Michael performed the repair and met our every expectation. They were professional and very concerned about the quality of their work. Trent asked for my input throughout the repair to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I highly recommended FRS and would definitely use them again.

Kevin Macdonald came out to examine the issues we were having with water leaking into our basement. He was outstanding and I am very grateful he was our field inspector. Kevin genuinely loves his job and is passionate about all the different factors that go into foundation and water problems, even explaining the geology of our home and what was surrounding the foundation. He is highly outgoing and took the time to break down everything from the technical process to resolve the issue, to why everything was priced the way it was. Kevin explained things other companies did not even touch on, such as what type of foundation we have (monolithic) and why that meant they would have to go a different route than most repairs on newer foundations. Once Kevin left, I felt more confident and educated to make a decision on whether to fix the issue or move a different direction, as we all know these repairs are not cheap. Thank you, Kevin! Highly recommend him to anyone needing a quote or inspection.

Chris and Hunter are perfectionist in their craft. When faced with difficulties, their persistence to get it right for their customer, proved fruitful; providing great results in raising our sidewalk and driveway.Brandon and Will are two hard working guys and total professional gentlemen. We couldn't be more happy with the end result provided. After a groulling day of digging, jack hammering, then digging, digging and more digging these two do not know the word quit. I felt like I had experts working for me and the specific needs of my home. That professionalism and expertise followed through during the work process. Clifford and Rylee not only did amazing work – but went above and beyond to answer questions and exhibit patience and courtesy. I am pleased with the completed project, the cleanup, and appreciated Clifford’s follow-up phone call to see if I had any questions. It is obvious that Foundation Recovery Systems operates with a mission statement that honors and respects the customer every step of the way! I would highly recommend this company.

I had Hunter Holmes from Foundation Recovery Systems inspect the foundation of my house, and I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and honesty. He took the time to conduct a detailed inspection and explain everything clearly. Unlike some companies that might push unnecessary work, Hunter was upfront and reassured me that my foundation is in good shape. It’s refreshing to see such integrity in the industry. If you’re looking for an honest and knowledgeable expert, I highly recommend Hunter and Foundation Recovery Systems!

Recently we had Foundation Recovery Systems come out and do some work in our basement. The guys did an amazing job! Our basement looks fantastic and not a drop of water has come in since! Chris, Cliff and Zion were the crew that came out and they were professional, quick and extremely easy to work with. They took care to pick-up the construction mess and their communication was fantastic. The project even got done faster than expected. I appreciate the work they put in and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I met with Hunter, a sale rrep, for Foundation Recovery System regarding foundation problems with my driveway. Hunter displays excellent customer service and patience. I was so impressed with his knowledge and how well he explained things because this was new to me. Hunter took his time to look at the cracks and how uneven my driveway was. It wasn't aesthetically pleasing to me, and Huntrer assured me that his company has strong track records of satisfied customers. He also took time to discuss the warranty and the backing of another company. I felt Hunter was very honest withI didn't feel any pressure Lastly, I was offered a couple of discounts and that was awesome! I'm so excited to have Foundation Recovery System repair my drywall that 's aesthetically pleasing to me! By the way, I would highly recommend Hunter and Foundation Recovery System! Thank you!

Travis Drake came by to look at my foundation. He walked me through every step of the process and how he was determining if there was an issue. He made sure I understood what was happening. He was very upfront that the foundation issues weren’t a major problem but something to watch and see if it gets worse. I appreciate the openness and he wasn’t pushy about trying to sell me on unnecessary work. Thanks Travis!

The work of Brandon C, Dylan E, Darrion R, Blake B and Cris B was all incredibly professional and well done. They were respectful of how their heavy machinery needed for the job moved around the yard, put extra care in not damaging things that were in the way of their work and even moved rocks my kids had decorated to a different spot so they wouldn’t get damaged which I felt was above and beyond. They really cared about doing what could be done for our specific porch/foundation fix rather than just doing a generic job.

I would highly recommend FRS! I had just inherited my home after my dad’s passing, and I was tired of looking at the crack above the kitchen doorway. I knew I would eventually remodel, but after inspecting the crawl space, I discovered the north wall had begun to cave in. This house was built in 1950 by my grandfather, so repairing and preserving it was very important to me. FRS did a great job. One unexpected expense came up after the original quote, but they split the cost of the additional work, and I truly appreciated their fairness and transparency. Their team was professional, respectful, and clearly skilled. I will definitely be calling them back to wrap my crawl space and level the concrete. They helped protect and restore a home that

Tahlor Fowlkes came to our home today to give us an estimate to make our home's crawl space healthier. He was very kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he even recommended getting an estimate from a competitor so that we could feel confident that that we are getting the best price and he said that they would beat the competitor's price. Thanks again Tahlor.

They drove up with a backhoe to dig in the back yard. My yard is not accessible except thru a small gate. Leo, the crew leader resolved the issue with a different system than what was originally planned and the work was done efficiently in about 5-6 hours. The metal braces look sufficient to support the bowed basement wall and apparently need adjusted periodically to actual correct the bowing. I wasn't aware of this since the original system was different. The crew did a good job and cleaned up well before leaving.

This company was fantastic! From the very beginning Adam took his time and walked us through every detail and showed us what needed to be repaired. He was patient, honest, informative, and professional. The crew that did our work came out fast and when they were done cleaned up everything that was taken apart. The communication with this company is the best I’ve ever dealt with. Every single person I talked with through all stages of our project was so courteous and professional. I cannot recommend this company enough. I am so impressed with them especially nowadays when good honest work is hard to come by. An outstanding company!
