I had a sump pump alarm going off. I called to get someone out and the first available day was the end of the month. They did say that they would try to get someone out sooner and would get back to me. I had Larry's cell number from when he came out for my yearly maintenance last year. I texted him telling him what was happening and he came out fixed the problem. Explained to me what had happened and what I needed to do if it happened again. Any company would benefit from him. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Truly cares for his customers, and gives his best. I can't say enough about Larry. He knows his business. Thank you for having a wonderful employee.

We had an excellent experience with Cole, Nate, Brian, and Clayton. From the very beginning when Cole met with us to talk about our options, he was very friendly, spoke plainly in a way we could understand, and was genuinely looking out for our best interest. I contacted Cole frequently throughout the whole process with questions or concerns, and he would contact me back quickly and was always able to help me. Cole made the project go smoothly from beginning to end. They did great work in our basement. Nate, the foreman, communicated well with us when questions arose and listened to our thoughts and concerns. We would highly recommend Foundation Recovery.

Had another well-known foundation company come out and give me a quote, wasn't happy so I had Foundation Recovery Systems come out. Todd did a great job walking me through the process and letting me know what actually needed to be done and not sell me other things like the other company did. The crew did an awesome job leveling the driveway and filling in all the cracks.

Alex and Harley went above and beyond. Alex communicated all day with me. They had some issues that delayed them but stayed late, completed all the work, cleaned up the previous work (which wasn't the best), and made everything look brand new, even better than the previous work!! Alex and Harley are highly recommended from me. I would ask for them anytime!! Take care of these guys. Great crew!!!

I had an awesome relationship with Foundation Recovery in the repair/waterproofing/stabilizing of my basement/home!! From the beginning, Doug Y with the home inspection & suggested work to be done to Becky & Neeley for scheduling everything to the actual work done by Cory B, Dakota R, Gaige L & Daryn H they were professional, personable, patient, effective & efficient in all they did for me!! I had at least a million questions for them throughout the entire process & they always acted as if they had all the time in the world & answered them all for me! They finished ahead of schedule & did a super job of cleaning up afterwards. I have to mention that not once with all of the demolition work to my old moldy walls, ground work & such did I ever hear a “discouraging word”. Their language was always respectful & clean!! Not something you get these days!!! I’m very proud to highly recommend Foundation Recovery for any & all of your concrete, home or basement needs!!

Camden Daniel was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly looked over the entire basement and exterior where we thought we had a problem. He was very good to explain to us what we had going on and let us know that we didn't have anything to worry about. We really appreciated the honesty.
