He was very knowledgeable and very patient when going through the process of not only telling me how the issue will be best resolved with the waterproofing and sump pump system, but also answering my questions. I recommend having Armando G. working for Foundation recovery because he has mastered the necessary skills to test your basement issues and offers the best solution. This is based on Quote only. We have not had work completed yet, it is scheduled. He did take a long time with us going over everything so we knew exactly what he is planning on doing. He also explained the difference in materials he plans to use with different parts of the job. The services they offered was above what others was offering even though their prices were a little higher.

Kevin Estes came to thoroughly inspect our house and came up with a service plan to address a couple areas of concern. I feel so much better knowing we will be preventing future foundation shifts. I learnt a lot and he showed us the existing issues and what caused them, patiently answered all our questions, and he was very professional and courteous. I am so glad we had them come out for a free quote and are moving forward with the recommendations using a payment plan!

He determined that there was hno immediate need for foundation repairs, but did tell me about the benchmarking service they offer. Though no services were provided other than the inspection, everything felt honest and trustworthy.
