Brad took the time to explain the waterproofing and piering work required to resolve the identified problems, which I really appreciated. The professionalism of Zack and his crew was top-notch. They were punctual, courteous, and clearly experts in foundation repair. They worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. I also noticed how respectful they were of my property, taking care to cover exposed items in the work area.. I highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems to anyone in the area needing foundation work. Hard to find NICER people than those who work with FRS!! Everyone must have been trained in a superior environment with trainers with REAL people skills! They all take their jobs seriously and stand proudly behind their customer service!! Shaun was thorough and efficient and very friendly!! Even the receptionist was very helpful and upbeat on the phone!! So WISH ALL business's were like this. The world would be a happier place!!

I had foundation recovery systems come out for two separate jobs in the last 2-3 years. Overall, I am pleased with the work that was done. There was some hiccups throughout the project, but they had one standout employee, Tanner Wetrich, who kept things on track. Almost 2 years after he completed one of the jobs, I reached back out with a question. He took it on himself to solve the problem and get things figured out. If you plan to have a job completed in the Iowa area, definitely ask for Tanner to be your representative.

I’ve got to hand it to Foundation Recovery Systems. It’s pretty rare to find a company these days that genuinely takes care of its people, but these guys get it exactly right. What really stood out to me is their employee ownership program. You can tell the guys working on your house actually care because they have real skin in the game. That ownership culture explains why their employee retention is so great, people actually want to stay and work there. Even with how efficient they are, they don't skip a single beat when it comes to the quality of the project. The work is rock solid, and they don't cut corners. Beyond just doing a great job on the foundation, they foster an awesome environment that’s all about helping the customer and giving back to the community. It’s just good people doing great work. Highly recommend them!

They drove up with a backhoe to dig in the back yard. My yard is not accessible except thru a small gate. Leo, the crew leader resolved the issue with a different system than what was originally planned and the work was done efficiently in about 5-6 hours. The metal braces look sufficient to support the bowed basement wall and apparently need adjusted periodically to actual correct the bowing. I wasn't aware of this since the original system was different. The crew did a good job and cleaned up well before leaving.

Doryan inspected my basement and wrote my contract. He explained everything involved and kept in contact with me, letting me know when the work would start. Alec was in charge of my contract work and he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He called letting me know what time they would be there each day and kept me up to date on the progress throughout the day. He explained in detail everything they were doing and what to expect. Ryan and Xander were on the crew with Alec. All three were very kind and respectful and did a great quality job.
