Several years ago I had a new sump pump system installed by Foundation Recovery Systems and things have been working fine. I just recently had a courtesy “check up” on my system performed by service technician Randy Smith. He was friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about workmanship. He looked at the set up in my basement, looked outside at the downspouts and walls, measured humidity levels and when he saw some places I could improve a situation he pointed them out. He was thorough and explained everything he was checking and doing. I felt very confident in his suggestions and they made sense. I look forward to working with both Randy and FRS in future years! I had my entire crawlspace encapsulated, new sump pump, and a dehumidifier installed last year. I had my annual maintenance inspection yesterday with Inspector Cory Guerra and had an amazing experience. He showed up on time, was very professional, asked relevant questions, and got to work. He took his time to ensure a complete and thorough job was done, which I really appreciated. He checked on a concern I had with precision and expert knowledge. I wouldn't want it to go any way else with anyone else, to be honest.
