Jeremy Higgins with Foundation Recovery Systems came out today to evaluate my home on the bluffs of the Mississippi, which has some serious settling issues, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. He spent hours thoroughly inspecting everything and took the time to explain each issue in a way that was easy to understand. He truly went above and beyond, answering every question and making me feel confident and comfortable with the plan moving forward. And I have to add—anyone willing to crawl under a house in what can only be described as a full astronaut suit deserves extra credit. 🚀

From the time Jeremy Higgins (Sr Field Inspector) arrived in our home to provide the assessment/estimate, to Jeremy Raby (Foreman) arriving with his crew to complete the work, it was 5 stars all the way. Jeremy H. did a great job listening to our history and concerns. He left our home with an appointment scheduled for the work to be done and a full review of what to expect. Jeremy R. arrived yesterday (Dec 26th) with his crew (Travis & Demetri) and completed the job with perfection. Jeremy provided me a full review of the plan and jumped right in with his crew to finish the project. Hardwood floor protection was placed prior to any work beginning. Upon completion of the job, they vacuumed all traveled traffic areas. Jeremy R. is quite mindful of a homeowner's space and the importance of respecting this space. It was clear in his performance, as well as, the performance of his crew. We highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!

We have used Foundation Recovery Systems-Moberly for years. Last Wednesday, Jackson came out to provide our yearly maintenance service including checking for additional settling. Although his measurements showed a small amount of settling we were well aware that the issue was worsening as we have cracks in our drywall that are slowly expanding. With Jackson's guidance, we decided to bite the bullet. 5 days later, right on time, foreman Jaeden arrived with Kameron and Robert ready to install our piers. The temperature was brutal. They worked from 9am until 6:30pm. All 3 men were communicative, respectful of my husband, me and our property and answered all of our questions. Jaeden explained each part of the process multiple times throughout the day. I was extremely happy with the process from the promised pre-arrival phone call to the clean-up. I would happily recommend FRS-Moberly to anyone needing their services. THANK YOU Jackson, Jaeden, Kameron and Robert TEAM FRS-MOBERLY!

Kevin was on time and very genuine. After looking at our crack, he recommended what to do to fix it and didn’t try to sell me anything that was not needed. He gave suggestions upon inspection of the outside of the house but never said we needed service from them. It’s very refreshing to have someone that is honest and not trying to sell you something you don’t need. Highly recommend Kevin from Foundation Recovery Systems!

Had a sidewalk that had sunk too far on the right side making it quite unsafe at the front step. I had a different company out to raise it and they failed but still charged me 3/4 of the cost. I then had Foundation Recovery Systems out and they fixed the problem without issue. My experience was great with FRS!
