I just had Kevin from Foundation Recovery Systems out to inspection my log home. I was worried about cracks in my drywall and foundation, and was recommended to Foundation Recovery systems. They were pleasant on the phone when scheduling, and got me an appointment pretty quickly. I was sent confirmations and reminders, which I appreciated because my memory is not the best. Kevin called 30 minutes before arrival as promised and showed up right on time. He was such a nice person, I felt comfortable letting him in my home and trusted him to walk around on his own. He let me show him the areas of concern and then explained his process in finding out what, if anything, they can do for me. It didn't take him long, and he came to show me the results and was honest and said there was nothing wrong, just the house contrasting in the heat/cold. So while I don't need their services past this inspection, I would 100% recommend Foundation Recovery Systems and Kevin for any work you may need done.

We recently hired Foundation Recovery Systems to resolve water issues in our basement, and the entire experience was outstanding. The crew showed up on time, communicated clearly, and explained each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. They were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They completed the job efficiently, made sure everything was in order before they left, and left the space clean and tidy. The quality of the work was excellent, and we’re very happy with the results. After they left, we did notice that the washer water hookup had been slightly misaligned (we are assuming they used it to flood test the system), which caused a small water leak.It was a simple fix, and honestly, had we noticed it while the crew was still here, we’re confident they would have taken care of it right away. It wasn’t a big deal, and we don’t consider it a reflection on the team at all. But wanted to include this for full transparency. We had absolutely no issues with this crew. They did a fantastic job, and we truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. I would recommend Foundation Recovery Systems without hesitation—great service and a job well done. Thank you, Josh, Aiden, and Kris!

I recently needed to resolve a water issue in my basement. After requesting a few different companies come out for quotes, Foundation Recovery Systems rose to the top. They determined a waterproofing solution while also finding a major structural issue that needed fixing as soon as possible (that had been overlooked by the previous company). Clifford, the foreman, and his crew, Rylee and Emanuel, were great! Cliff provided clear communication at every step of the job, and he offered multiple solutions when an issue arose. The entire team was beyond respectful, friendly, and committed to doing the best work possible. I was even asked every day if the time frame of the work fit within my schedule and needs. While structural and water issues with a house are stressful, Cliff and the team's words and actions put my mind at ease. I'm very pleased with the results, and I would definitely recommend FRS.
