He figured out to solve our issue quickly, the work was sceduled and a week later our problem was fixed. The young men on the crew were very courteous and kept us informed every step of the process. From the time Jeremy Higgins (Sr Field Inspector) arrived in our home to provide the assessment/estimate, to Jeremy Raby (Foreman) arriving with his crew to complete the work, it was 5 stars all the way. Jeremy H. did a great job listening to our history and concerns. He left our home with an appointment scheduled for the work to be done and a full review of what to expect. Jeremy R. arrived yesterday (Dec 26th) with his crew (Travis & Demetri) and completed the job with perfection. Jeremy provided me a full review of the plan and jumped right in with his crew to finish the project. Hardwood floor protection was placed prior to any work beginning. Upon completion of the job, they vacuumed all traveled traffic areas. Jeremy R. is quite mindful of a homeowner's space and the importance of respecting this space. It was clear in his performance, as well as, the performance of his crew. We highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!

Several years ago I had a new sump pump system installed by Foundation Recovery Systems and things have been working fine. I just recently had a courtesy “check up” on my system performed by service technician Randy Smith. He was friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about workmanship. He looked at the set up in my basement, looked outside at the downspouts and walls, measured humidity levels and when he saw some places I could improve a situation he pointed them out. He was thorough and explained everything he was checking and doing. I felt very confident in his suggestions and they made sense. I look forward to working with both Randy and FRS in future years! Thank you!

Cj Schlater, Kyler Berry, and Ryan Redington did and excellent job on my house! It wasn’t the biggest foundation repair in the world but they were still in and out within 3 business days. The foreman Cj was very respectful and kept me updated on where they were at during the process which I appreciated. They lifted the addition and one side of my garage then checked their work very thoroughly. It had snowed a couple days before they started and even with how muddy it was I was pleased with the clean up. Great group of workers and a great company to do business with overall!
