Foreman: Jaxon Hudson CO: Wesley Ash Installer: Robert Smith Major props to the crew that worked our crawl space. Clearance was 22” at the entrance and 13” at its lowest. Although taking up some of the floors did help, this crew worked in some very uncomfortable spots in order to make our floors right. They were professional and respectful of the property and kept me informed throughout the process.

Adam came by and went above and beyond to investigate the crawlspace. He was exceptionally thorough with his assessment and was detailed in his explanation. Adam communicated that since he was not able to fully assess the foundation, because of limited access, he would not give me a proposal for a solution he wasn't sure would remediate any discovered issues. I plan to have him and the FRS team back out as soon as I make the corrective action he recommended.

Had a foundation gutter system and pump installed, then unexpectedly had to put my house up for sale. My inspection was this morning, 11/5/24, after a crazy 36 hours of rain. 10 inches where I lived. The inspector came, basement was BONE DRY. Phenomenal system installed. And it took these guys a day to install it. On top of it all I was pleasantly surprised with the price, and the level of customer service was outstanding. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Thankfully my inspection revealed no foundation issues, Ed Macdonald from Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely helpful in identifying my problem and providing valuable guidance on how best to address it. In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. Great overall experience from the appointment scheduling, communications, and appointment. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family! A+++++++
