We can’t say enough good things about this company. First, I’d like to start off with how Ed Macdonald (salesman) handled selling to us their product and plan. He took the time to answer all questions and concerns. He was professional but still personable. He gave us a timeline of what to expect and all came out as planned. Second, I’d like to thank Daryn Holder (foreman) for a job well done. He was able to lift our patios (front and back) though we had our doubts. He was thorough in explaining what he would be doing and gave periodic updates as he continued to work. He even asked if we were satisfied, which most companies do not bother to take the time to ask, they just take their payment and move on. Although our job took longer than planned or scheduled for, Daryn did not show he was frustrated, he was determined to ensure the job was completed to the best of his abilities. So thankful we found this company and had the opportunity to work with these two outstanding gentlemen.

Hard to find NICER people than those who work with FRS!! Everyone must have been trained in a superior environment with trainers with REAL people skills! They all take their jobs seriously and stand proudly behind their customer service!! Shaun was thorough and efficient and very friendly!! Even the receptionist was very helpful and upbeat on the phone!! So WISH ALL business's were like this. The world would be a happier place!!

When your foundation springs a leak, it makes for a horrible reason to meet new people. But it was a pleasure to work with everyone on the team. From Adam coming and inspecting an educating me on your system. Talk about thorough, courteous, and very professional. To Landon and his team getting to work right away. What a great group of people. Well mannered and educated on there job. No hesitation when answering any question. Not to mention professional and costumer service second to none. They were in and out in the time that was projected. They were very easy to work with. Unfortunately foundation work isn't cheap. But with the finish product, customer care and professionalism I do believe I did get my money's worth. But to be honest the first big rain will be the ultimate test. I will update as soon as we have one. But as of now no regrets in hiring this wonderful group of people. Thank you guys for making a bad experience tolerable. No 5 stars , because that's perfection. And Noone is perfect. But definitely 4.7 stars.

Very down to earth, approachable & respectful. They took time the time to explain the process fully, including any concerns our family had during the renovation… They treated our home as if it were their own, making sure the job was done right. I appreciate and respect the professional, human nature with which they completed the job. Travis… great communication. Always took time whenever I called. I had a plumbing leak inside of my crawl space and being unsure of what to do we called Foundation Recovery Systems. Mike Bonali came out and unfortunately my current problem was a bit more extreme than originally thought. It was outside of their scope of work BUT was still able to help us. He took the time to answer all of my questions and also reach out to his team and provide me with recommendations on someone who might be able to help. Definitely going to keep them in mind for future services if the need arises.
