So on Thursday my wife and I had an extremely positive experience with a man by the name Craig Chiles with Foundation Recovery Systems who came over to quote us a price on our driveway. Mr. Chiles was professional extremely well polished and courteous. He gave us a start to finish run down of the job we wanted done. We had a plan to get multiple quotes from other companies but I’m satisfied that we had a fair and honest assessment of our situation and we decided to go with this company. The work done of repairing our foundation with piers and wall plates was fast, very efficient! The workers were very good at their jobs. They went out of their way to answer any questions and keep me informed of the status of the progress of the job. . They were very courteous, worked long hours and did a fantastic job!! Very happy with the end result. Would highly recommend them. Can't thank Devin, Adam, Zach, Cody enough for all your hard work!! Thanks to Cody for all your help with setting this up and answering all my phone calls and getting the job done so quickly!!

Several years ago I had a new sump pump system installed by Foundation Recovery Systems and things have been working fine. I just recently had a courtesy “check up” on my system performed by service technician Randy Smith. He was friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about workmanship. He looked at the set up in my basement, looked outside at the downspouts and walls, measured humidity levels and when he saw some places I could improve a situation he pointed them out. He was thorough and explained everything he was checking and doing. I felt very confident in his suggestions and they made sense. I look forward to working with both Randy and FRS in future years! Thank you!

Foundation Recovery Systems customer service from start to finish was a 5+ star experience. You are in constant communication via text whether it was for the appointment date/time, text that the inspector was enroute, phone call, you name it. Kevis Estes was our inspector; I had informed him to prior to coming out that I wasn't sure the cracks in our foundation were a serious problem, but something I wanted to address. When Kevin arrived, he was very friendly, offered to take his shoes off (we are a shoeless home), and surveyed the issue. Kevin took a look at the issue presented and was very honest that he didn't believe anything needed to be fixed. This put my mind at ease because most encounters I've had, businesses almost always try and come away with some type of money being spent. This was not the case. Kevin took the time to visit other areas of the basement and outside foundation to ensure no other areas needed attention. Thank you FRS for your time while Ill recommend you to any family or friends in the future. Kevin was GREAT!!!

Jonathan came out and inspected our property, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to point out other issues that we just simply weren't aware of. We loved that he SHOWED us how he determined the extent of the problem rather than just spouting a bunch of numbers without proper context. We learned a lot about our home that day. He made us feel comfortable about addressing the issue, which was a relief because work like this on the home can be overwhelming and mentally exhausting. Turns out the solution was a simple fix, just four piers and that corner of the home was lifted back to level and now we can finally fix the drywall damaged by the foundation settling.

Foundation Recovery Systems installed a full perimeter drainage system in the basement of our 96 year old house. We have yet to fully wrap up the job as some plumbing coordination is required, but I’m very impressed with the work that has been accomplished so far. The inspector and crew were both amazing to work with. Patrick McClelland was thorough and provided helpful professional guidance before the project began. Skyler Creed, Wesley Ash, and Mitch Herrin were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure the work was done right. They truly went above and beyond and communicated with us every step of the way.
