I was happy with Foundation Recovery Systems from the git-go. Kyle, the initial contact was courteous and professional, not high pressure. The three young men who installed the basement wall braces, Christian, Adam and Eli, were great! They made sure the flooring and steps were covered and protected, were efficient at their work, and cleaned up well after themselves. As a mother and grandmother, I especially appreciated that last item, cleaned up after themselves! 🙂 The braces look great and definitely give me a secure feeling that my basement walls are secure. Nick Mata came out today to complete an inspection for us and was very thorough. He listened to our concerns, took multiple measurements and photos and crawled under our house to determine what we needed to have done to our crawl space. He walked me through the existing issues and made sure I understood everything he was showing me. He then went over costs and what all was included in the price. He went over financing options and gave us all the options. He did a great job and was very professional.

Thanks to Foundation Recovery systems my crawl space is transformed from something I was ashamed of to a dry ,clean, and smell free area that I can actually use to store things in , the foam insulation is a must have as keeps walls warm and reducing our heating and cooling bills lower.the entire crawl space was encapsulated and dehumidification Their staff was informative and very knowledgeable from the inspection to finished product, thanks to my team sales ,Steve Greek and my super installers Matt, Jonny and Marlen who performed a professional and great job , I highly recommend these folks , thanks again

The team of men who handled our basement waterproofing project were excellent from start to finish. Our salesman, Neil, visited our home and took us through their waterproofing steps and policies step-by-step. We had sought two other bids, as well, and FRS offered the best services, package deal, guarantee and financing of the three bids. They worked with us on the best dates for us for the project. Everything was accomplished just as Neil said it would be, and we are exceedingly pleased. We had a crew of three gentlemen who arrived three days ago to install our basement waterproofing. Foreman Devon, and crew members Roy and Owen were simply excellent workers and exceptional people. Each day this week they walked us through what they had accomplished that day and explained thoroughly why everything was done the way it was. Today before pulling out they finished up explaining everything we would need to know in the next couple weeks. Thank you to FRS For coming through exactly as you promised. We would be happy to be a reference for anyone who has questions from a homeowner. We look forward to turning our entire system on in a few weeks ~ returning appliances and storage shelving to their places around the walls ~ after the concrete has cured. It looks like a whole new basement… And that’s saying a lot for a 100 year old house in Webster Groves. Thanks Neil, Devon, Roy and Owen.

Owen did an outstanding job assessing our foundation needs and clearly communicating the different repair options available to us. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy throughout the entire process, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. On the final visit, he even brought his boss along to further assess our home and help solidify a repair plan. Their combined expertise and thorough explanations gave us a lot of confidence in our decision to move forward. We ultimately chose to proceed with a Foundation Recovery Systems solution, and we truly appreciated the time, care, and professionalism Owen showed every step of the way. Highly recommend!
