Appreciated the hard work Josh Howard, Derrick Bushnell, and Josh Zike put into my crawlspace encapsulation. It was a tight fit but they found a way to get the job done as promised, and I was impressed by the results. I would recommend them and FRS to anybody looking for this kind of work to be done on their home. My concrete front porch had developed an 8 to 10 inch void underneath it and I didn't know how to fix it, but knew it needed attention. Foundation Recovery was the solution. They were quick to perform an assessment and get the jod done. I am very pleased with the services provided by Foundation Recovery. Chet, the service rep, was very courteous, professional, and he answered all of my questions. Anthony and Hunter were also very professional and completed their work and left no mess behind. Anthony also answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing as he performed the work. Extremely satisfied!

Although taking up some of the floors did help, this crew worked in some very uncomfortable spots in order to make our floors right. The team of men who handled our basement waterproofing project were excellent from start to finish. Our salesman, Neil, visited our home and took us through their waterproofing steps and policies step-by-step. We had sought two other bids, as well, and FRS offered the best services, package deal, guarantee and financing of the three bids. They worked with us on the best dates for us for the project. Everything was accomplished just as Neil said it would be, and we are exceedingly pleased. We had a crew of three gentlemen who arrived three days ago to install our basement waterproofing. Foreman Devon, and crew members Roy and Owen were simply excellent workers and exceptional people. Each day this week they walked us through what they had accomplished that day and explained thoroughly why everything was done the way it was. Today before pulling out they finished up explaining everything we would need to know in the next couple weeks. Thank you to FRS For coming through exactly as you promised. We would be happy to be a reference for anyone who has questions from a homeowner. We look forward to turning our entire system on in a few weeks ~ returning appliances and storage shelving to their places around the walls ~ after the concrete has cured. It looks like a whole new basement… And that’s saying a lot for a 100 year old house in Webster Groves. Thanks Neil, Devon, Roy and Owen.

I was happy with Foundation Recovery Systems from the git-go. Kyle, the initial contact was courteous and professional, not high pressure. The three young men who installed the basement wall braces, Christian, Adam and Eli, were great! They made sure the flooring and steps were covered and protected, were efficient at their work, and cleaned up well after themselves. As a mother and grandmother, I especially appreciated that last item, cleaned up after themselves! 🙂 The braces look great and definitely give me a secure feeling that my basement walls are secure.
