FRS will stand by their warranty and it is transferrable. Had to get a different crew out to remedy the prior team’s errors…. Night. And. Day. I salute the new crew that came out to remedy the issues I had addressed to management. They sent out the pros. It is nice to feel like the money you spent on your home looks like the money you spent. Thank you, guys.

Having experienced this endeavor with these folks, it was an amazingly choreographed well thought out and professionally executed plan by people that were sincerely concerned that left us stunned actually. Set up, install 5 piers, patch floor, cleaned area, in a matter of hours…all I can say is awesome and thank you.

Elliot arrived on time and was easy to talk to and understand. He went right to work checking out my crawl space on a freezing cold day. When he was done he shared his findings with me and drew up a foot print of the house and the work he recommended. It was all well explained and understandable me. He also gave me a quote for the work. It took about 2-3 hours and I'm confident he did a quality job.

We were VERY impressed with the quality of the job that Foundation Recovery Systems did. From the very initial inspection (Brandon did an awesome job answering thousands of Qs we had!) to the actual execution of the job (Andy and the crew did a phenomenal job!), everyone was so helping, friendly and professional. And most importantly, we LOVE the outcome of the job. Things remain to be seen after big rainfalls, but we are now confident that sump pump, buried downspouts, and internal drains will work together to fight well against water in the basement. If you want the basement waterproofing job done professionally, quickly, cleanly, we highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!

I had purchased a home with prior work by FRS and they honored the 25 year (!) warranty on some drainage that needed tweaking. Ryan L. came out and was super-professional, competent, quickly diagnosed the problem and we booked the fix along with some add-on work. Every thing was explained, there was no push for unnecessary add-ons, and I was given options. It's rare for a company to stand by their work that long and that honestly so they have my highest endorsement. I can honestly say you can stop looking right here, this is the company you want for foundation or drainage issues.
