We had a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems from start to finish. Chet came out for a consultation within just a few days of our call. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. After meeting with him, we scheduled the concrete work and everything went smoothly from there. On the day of the job, they called about a half hour before arriving and showed up right on time. Anthony and Corey did an excellent job. They were very particular about their work, explained everything clearly, and even took the time to educate us while we watched the process. They were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. In today’s world, it sometimes feels like customer service and personal relationships are becoming a thing of the past, but this company truly still values their customers and takes pride in building those relationships. That really stood out to us throughout the entire experience. The finished work looks amazing, and we would highly recommend this company to anyone needing concrete work done!

Today I had the pleasure of working with Mia Fiore from Foundation Recovery Systems, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and approach. When Mia came out to inspect my property and provide an estimate for foundation repair, she was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly throughout the entire process. Her patience and understanding made what could have been a stressful experience much easier to navigate. There was a scheduling mix-up on my part, and I unintentionally booked Mia’s appointment at the exact same time as a competitor who was already on site. When Mia arrived, instead of making the situation uncomfortable for me or either party, she handled it with remarkable grace and professionalism. She kindly offered to come back a little later to allow the competitor to finish his inspection and presentation, which I truly appreciated. Mia’s professionalism, combined with her warm and approachable personality, made a lasting impression. Foundation Recovery Systems installed a full perimeter drainage system in the basement of our 96 year old house. We have yet to fully wrap up the job as some plumbing coordination is required, but I’m very impressed with the work that has been accomplished so far. The inspector and crew were both amazing to work with. Patrick McClelland was thorough and provided helpful professional guidance before the project began. Skyler Creed, Wesley Ash, and Mitch Herrin were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure the work was done right. They truly went above and beyond and communicated with us every step of the way. I had the best experience working with Michael Drebes on our driveway and front porch concrete repair. We needed poly renewal injections to lift and stabilize sinking sections, and Michael Drebes explained the entire process clearly from start to finish. He walked us through what was happening under the concrete, why it was settling, and how the injections would permanently address the issue. The results were incredible. Our driveway is level again, the front porch feels solid and safe, and everything looks clean and professionally finished. The work was efficient, minimally invasive, and completed exactly as promised. If you’re dealing with uneven concrete or sinking slabs, I highly recommend Michael Drebes he is Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right.

Kevin Estes came to thoroughly inspect our house and came up with a service plan to address a couple areas of concern. I feel so much better knowing we will be preventing future foundation shifts. I learnt a lot and he showed us the existing issues and what caused them, patiently answered all our questions, and he was very professional and courteous. I am so glad we had them come out for a free quote and are moving forward with the recommendations using a payment plan!

I can't recommend Justin Sheehan at Foundation Recovery Systems highly enough. From start to finish, his thoroughness set him apart. During his inspection he caught a piece of concrete that other companies completely missed — something that could have become a real problem down the road. That kind of attention to detail tells you everything about how someone approaches their work. His write-up of the project was just as careful and clear, and I never felt rushed or upsold. If you want someone who actually takes the time to do it right, ask for Justin.

I had Jared visit my property to assess my concerns regarding the settling of my house. He was prompt, professional, and thorough in his evaluation. Rather than pushing unnecessary services, he took the time to use his expertise to point out key areas to monitor and suggested appropriate steps to help prevent further settling. Although we haven’t yet moved forward with the work, I can confidently say that I will choose Jared when the time comes. This has been the best referral I’ve received.
