I had a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and especially with their Field Inspector, Ken Jordan. Ken was super thorough when inspecting my house, and he really took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be fixed. What I appreciated the most was that he didn’t try to upsell me or push for anything unnecessary—just honest, straightforward recommendations. You can tell Ken knows his stuff, and he was professional while still being easy to talk to. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. If you’re dealing with foundation issues and want someone who’s knowledgeable and trustworthy, ask for Ken Jordan. Highly recommend!

Jared was out here the day after I submitted a request for an estimate. He was professional, efficient and he was clearly very knowledgeable both about our issues and about how the solution would resolve the issue completely. Jared and I spoke after his inspection and he was friendly and did not give me any pressure to sign a contract, but gave me all the information I needed to know to make an informed decision. I appreciated his approach to the issue and all the information he was able to provide. All in all it was an excellent experience.

I called FRS to inquire about weatherproofing my crawlspace, and met with Kyle W. who worked with me on splitting up an encapsulation project to make it more affordable for my budget.Tyler S. and his team of Derrick P. and Leuck W. came out and worked well past sundown to get the bulk of the trenching and sump project done. The team was professional and kept on their tasks throughout the day.Not wanting to rush things in the dark, Tyler scheduled a follow up appointment to finish some of the finer details with another crew of Mason H. and Walker F. This team was equally professional and put the finishing touches on the new access door for the crawlspace.I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed, and I look forward to contacting them again to finish the second part of the project.

The work done of repairing our foundation with piers and wall plates was fast, very efficient! The workers were very good at their jobs. They went out of their way to answer any questions and keep me informed of the status of the progress of the job. . They were very courteous, worked long hours and did a fantastic job!! Very happy with the end result. Would highly recommend them. Can't thank Devin, Adam, Zach, Cody enough for all your hard work!! The crew we had for this repair. – Camryn H, Joshua F., and Skyler C – were so knowledgeable with what they were doing. They took time to explain what they were doing and took time to take care of our property. They also took time to reconfigure part of the repair so that I didnt lose my pond in my backyard. I have always been happy with FRS work on my home. Would highly recommend them.
