We had Foundation Recovery complete the work on our foundation that was caused by settling. We had 5 piers placed deep into the ground thru the basement concrete floor. The job was completed by Travis Clark and Justin Geigling. They were a great team. Travis took the lead and did a great job of discussing the plan with us and keeping us informed if any changes were needed. He and Justin worked very hard on the job. They left the job site clean and everything in order. They were a pleasure to work with and Travis was knowledgeable and helpful. We are very pleased with Foundation Recovery Systems.

When your foundation springs a leak, it makes for a horrible reason to meet new people. But it was a pleasure to work with everyone on the team. From Adam coming and inspecting an educating me on your system. Talk about thorough, courteous, and very professional. To Landon and his team getting to work right away. What a great group of people. Well mannered and educated on there job. No hesitation when answering any question. Not to mention professional and costumer service second to none. They were in and out in the time that was projected. They were very easy to work with. Unfortunately foundation work isn't cheap. But with the finish product, customer care and professionalism I do believe I did get my money's worth. But to be honest the first big rain will be the ultimate test. I will update as soon as we have one. But as of now no regrets in hiring this wonderful group of people. Thank you guys for making a bad experience tolerable. No 5 stars , because that's perfection. And Noone is perfect. But definitely 4.7 stars.

We recently utilized the services of this company to stabilize our foundation with work done inside the basement. The initial contact to give us an overview of work needed and an estimate of repair was done by Nathan Heidenfelder, who spent a lot of time explaining everything and answering our questions. Our work crew consisted of Travis Clark (crew leader–phenomenal), Brian Eskridge, Justin Geigling, Tyler Davies, and this was a hard-working crew! Tyler called every morning to say they were on there way; they always showed up on time and were professional and courteous. They covered surfaces ahead of time, to minimize all the dust, and cleaned up the works site after the job was finished. It wasn't an expense we had counted on, and it was not a small amount, but as my husband likes to say-'you get what you pay for'. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing their services. One company we contacted for an estimate–Woods Basement Services–didn't even return our call…..

We’ve used foundation repair system with repairs on 3/4 of our foundation walls.Just had Dalton Campbell out to inspect the system. and we’ll be hiring them to repair the 4th.Every time we’ve used them they have been professional and completed high quality work. The walls they have repaired are stabilized and have remained stabilized.

Had to get my basement pulled back out because it was leaning inward a couple inches. Jeremy R., Luca B., & Phillips B. were such an awesome crew. They were all so kind and explained everything they were doing. They got the wall straightened perfectly, cleaned up nicely after themselves, and are suppose to come back and finish the yard after the dirt settles. Other than the yard being on hold to finish, the job got done nicely! Not sure about other crews but I would recommend this crew!

Made me very anxious,however Drake Johnson Jason Koch Taylor braswell Made a good team and was very reassuring the entire time and worked very hard in the cold temps to get things done and to explain to me the step by step process.
