After surveying my basement, Timber constructed a thorough plan for waterproofing my basement and invested considerable time into explaining the process for completing the project. Timber showed genuine patience with me by encouraging and addressing my questions and concerns. Timber provided extensive education on the causes and sources of water entering my basement. Mike Drebes was fantastic! He came out to assess our sinking back patio and cracks there and in our (also sinking) driveway, walkway, and threshold. He explained well but succinctly what was leading to the issues and the available solutions on the market and how their polymer system was the best and permanent solution, as opposed to a quick fix. Mike worked diligently to get perfect measurements and also took a look at our foundation from the basement to assure us that we didn’t need to pay for more than we actually needed. Talk to Mike Drebes if you need anything regarding foundation/cracks in surrounding concrete slabs/sinking soil.

I had to have repair on my foundation and I was nervous about who to choose for my company, since there is so many to choose from. I chose foundation recovery and I am so pleased that I did. I want to mention these men’s names and thank them again for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to answer any questions and let me see how they even work and explain it. From the very beginning of paperwork with Peter Fisher And all the crew Joseph Woodien,Chance Spratly, and Andre Stewart I was only shown, kindness, and professionalism, I saw these men work very hard repairing my home and I want to thank them very much. Terry Bentz drove at least an hour and a half to take a look at the foundation of my home. I feel bad about that when I could have probably just him one picture and could have diagnosed the problem. Mr. Bentz knew what he was doing and did an excellent job explaining certain concerns and potential fixes. He was honest and said his company doesn’t offer the certain fix and recommended another. Good communication and a great company.

Had another well-known foundation company come out and give me a quote, wasn't happy so I had Foundation Recovery Systems come out. Todd did a great job walking me through the process and letting me know what actually needed to be done and not sell me other things like the other company did. The crew did an awesome job leveling the driveway and filling in all the cracks.
