Carriage Place is a condo hotel located in Branson, Missouri. It is about a 9 minute walk from the Titanic Museum and a 12 minute walk from the Hollywood Wax Museum. Available are 1 to 3 bedroom units with many features and amenities available for their customers. One of the sidewalks in front of the 4-story condo building had dropped about 1 inch. The sidewalk was previously mud jacked about six years ago. After getting an estimate, the Carriage Place chose FRS to help fix their problem.
Foundation Recovery System’s number one solution was to fix the trip hazards. FRS would do this by lifting and leveling the sidwalks on the west side of the condo, Building G. These areas that needed to be fixed only needed a little “bump” to fix the problem. FRS would inject Polyurethane into the sidewalk (by drilling a hole) which would fill and expand underneath the sidewalk allowing the sidewalk to level out. PolyRenewal™ looks better, lasts longer and is less destructive to the sidewalk than if mud jacking was used. After the hole is filled with the PolyRenewal™ , then it would get sealed. To make the sidewalk look better, FRS also cleaned out the debris out of the joints. Now the owner of Carriage Place is happy in knowing that his customer’s will no longer have to worry abut tripping when they are walking outside.
