The Foundation Recovery Systems Team celebrated the Christmas holidays on December 1, 2012 at the Best Western in Moberly with awards for their “Most Valuable Players”.
Winners were voted on by their peers and had to meet the following criteria: Must be a TEAM PLAYER – Goes the extra mile and willing to help others; possess a POSITIVE ATTITUDE – Conquers challenges with sincerity and a smile; must be TRUSTWORTHY – Is dependable and gets the job done right the first time.
Foundation Recovery Systems owners, Jeff Martin and Glenn & Sharon Martin presented the Amy Summers with the “Support Staff” MVP. Amy’s contributions as Production Secretary have helped to streamline the processes over the 2012 year.
Will Dayton was the overwhelming MVP winner for the Production Department. Will is a Foreman and outstanding leadership and skills place him and his team at the top of the charts in productivity. Jeff and Glenn, along with Production Manager, Ted Fletcher, presented Will with his MVP award.
Rick Buxton was chosen as the Sales Team MVP. Rick has had an outstanding year in 2012, reaching over $1 Million in sales for the first time in his career. Rick’s experiences as Shop and Production Manager have enhanced his sales skills and lead him to his successes this year. Rick was presented his MVP Award by Jeff and Glenn, and Sales Manager, Gary Hook.
The “Owner’s Choice” MVP Award went to Laura Morris, who is the Accountant at Foundation Recovery Systems. Laura joined FRS early in 2012 and has worked long hours to keep up with the growth of the business and improve several of the processes. Jeff, Sharon and Glenn presented Laura with her MVP Award.
