I met with Hunter, a sale rrep, for Foundation Recovery System regarding foundation problems with my driveway. Hunter displays excellent customer service and patience. I was so impressed with his knowledge and how well he explained things because this was new to me. Hunter took his time to look at the cracks and how uneven my driveway was. It wasn't aesthetically pleasing to me, and Huntrer assured me that his company has strong track records of satisfied customers. He also took time to discuss the warranty and the backing of another company. I felt Hunter was very honest withI didn't feel any pressure Lastly, I was offered a couple of discounts and that was awesome! I'm so excited to have Foundation Recovery System repair my drywall that 's aesthetically pleasing to me! By the way, I would highly recommend Hunter and Foundation Recovery System! Thank you!

This was such a seamless experience – the crew was so polite and FAST! They estimated by noon they would be done but they started at 8:30 and were done by 10:30! Very prompt, so polite, answer all questions you have, and they were just great! Really glad to have gotten work done by the team of Austin Nickerson, Tanner Spurlock, and Alex Zike. Much appreciated!!

We have our driveway and sidewalk lifted by Foundation recovery systems. The entire process from meeting with Hunter to go over our options and pricing, to the actual driveway repair couldn't have gone any better. Hunter was very knowledgable and went to great lengths to walk us through the estimate and educate us on how the work would be done. Trent and Michael performed the repair and met our every expectation. They were professional and very concerned about the quality of their work. Trent asked for my input throughout the repair to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I highly recommended FRS and would definitely use them again.

Foundation Recovery Systems customer service from start to finish was a 5+ star experience. You are in constant communication via text whether it was for the appointment date/time, text that the inspector was enroute, phone call, you name it. Kevis Estes was our inspector; I had informed him to prior to coming out that I wasn't sure the cracks in our foundation were a serious problem, but something I wanted to address. When Kevin arrived, he was very friendly, offered to take his shoes off (we are a shoeless home), and surveyed the issue. Kevin took a look at the issue presented and was very honest that he didn't believe anything needed to be fixed. This put my mind at ease because most encounters I've had, businesses almost always try and come away with some type of money being spent. This was not the case. Kevin took the time to visit other areas of the basement and outside foundation to ensure no other areas needed attention. Thank you FRS for your time while Ill recommend you to any family or friends in the future. Kevin was GREAT!!!

I appreciate a business that responds in a timely fashion, shows up when they say they will, and has excellent communication. Foundation Recovery Systems has all of that. From the initial consultation with Jeremy White to the actual repair, every step of the way, the technicians contacted me en route to give an arrival time, made sure I knew what work was being done and why, and afterwards, we walked through and they explained everything clearly. The repairs were executed professionally by Chris Meyer and Brandon Saunders. They were very careful to keep my house in order during the work, they used drop clothes, they swept up, hauled off construction materials, and the trench in the yard was dug in very tidy. They didn’t leave a pile of excavated soil or anything for me to clean up after. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. You get the quality you pay for.

I recently had foundation work done on my home by Foundation Recovery Systems, and I cannot say enough good things about the crew that handled the job—JT, Nez, and Luke. From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation I had. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each step of the process in detail. What stood out the most was their willingness to let me observe and ask questions along the way. Not only did they do excellent work, but they also made the experience stress-free and even enjoyable with their friendly and approachable attitudes. It’s clear that they take great pride in what they do, and it shows in both their workmanship and customer service.
